Day 3

"How do you feel, Katherine?" He asked, looking at me intently.

I shrugged.

"If this is going to work I need you to talk to me." He sighed, placing the clipboard down.

"I have nothing to say." My voice was hoarse. I haven't talked in days. I barley eat, I lay in bed at night staring at the ceiling. I don't sleep. I just breathe, all day, all night. I just breathe.

"Well, thats a start. Why don't you have anything to say?"

"I don't want to say anything."

"Why is that?"

"I don't know."

"What are you feeling right now?"

"Pain. Its always pain."

Day 3

I stared at the wall infront of me and sighed. I took off my shoes and laid down. I put my pillow over my face and held it their tightly. I wasn't trying to suffocate, I just want to stop breathing for a minute. All I ever do is breathe.

"Katherine?" A voice said, I know that voice. I could hear the door slam, and then my bed shifted slightly. "Kat?"

Pain.

The pillow was suddenly yanked away and Ambers face came into view. She looked tired.

Nathan.

"What are you doing?" She asked, confused. She shouldn't be here.

Pain.

I turned over on my side so I couldn't see her. I haven't seen her since the day we got back. I didn't want to see her. She wasn't supposed to come here. I don't want her here.

"Katherine talk to me." She pleaded, touching my shoulder. I flinched, and she moved her hand quickly. "Please Kat"

Nathan.

"Leave." I croaked, still refusing to look at her. It hurt to see her. I don't want her here. I don't want her here. The bed shifted once again, and I could hear the door open and then close.

Day 4

"How do you feel today, Katherine?" His voice was starting to get old. I wanted to stop hearing it everyday.

I looked away from him.

"Katherine, you have to talk to me." He sighed.

I laid back on the chair, looking up at the ceiling.

"I feel pain." I whispered.

"What hurts, Katherine?"

"Everything."

Day 5

"I love you penguin." He whispered, smiling at me. He brought his hand up and moved the hair out of my face. He scooted closer and kissed me passionately, holding my body close to his.

"I want you forever." I told him, pulling away from the kiss.

"You have me forever. You're all I want." He kissed me again, rolling ontop of me.

"I love you Nate."

I shot out of bed, my chest buring. I was sweating badly. It hurt so bad. My sobs were echoing throughout the empty room. I could hear loud footsteps getting closer and closer.

"Please stop!" I screamed. "Make it stop!" I just wanted the pain to go away. I couldn't take this anymore. It hurt.
