"Lyric?" I yawned sitting up in the bed, rubbing at my eye. Lyric looked away from buttoning his pants and smiled over at me.

"Good morning, doll. How did you sleep?" He asked finishing buttoning his pants and walking over to me.

"Good." I yawned stretching out my arms. "Where are you going?" I asked, scratching my head, pulling out a tangle.

"I have to go meet Rob down at the studio and practice that dance I was telling you about. We are planning to show boss man sometime this week." He told me and kissed the top of my head. "But I have to leave now. I'm already late." He added rushing to the door.

"Uh! Aren't you forgetting something?" I asked with expecting eyes. Lyric gave me a weird look before making a 'oh' face.

"I love you." He smiled before leaving the room.

"Love you too, ya jerk." I mumbled and flopped back on the bed. "Can't believe you forgot my birthday."

I wrapped a towel around me as I climbed out of the shower and picked up my phone to check for texts. I let out a sigh once I saw I had not one single happy birthday texts from anyone but my mom. "Did everyone forget?" I asked setting my phone down, stepping into my underwear. The phone vibrated once I latched my bra behind my back and a part of me got excited.

Shane :3: Hey can you do me a favor?

I let out a disappointed sigh and but replied happily because it was always good to hear from him. We haven't talked much since I told Lyric about the kiss and that was about 3 weeks ago and we had to push back the wedding till April because we still had a lot to do. I have only hung out with Shane once since the kiss and it wasn't as awkward as I thought it would be.

Ella the dork queen. :P: Yea sure. What is it?

Shane :3: Can you open your front door?

I stared down at my phone in confusion and went to walk over to the front door, but pass by the mirror and stopped. "I should probably put on some clothes." I told myself and slipped on a pair of Lyric's boxers and a tank top before rushing over to the door.

"Happy birthday!!" Shane exclaimed throwing confetti in my face. I laughed and blew at it with a smile. "And I have your first present right here." He added and pulled a guy out from behind the wall. We both stared at each other only he was smiling and I was confused. He had dark brown short hair and big ice blue eyes. He had a scruffy beard and chiseled features with an amazing smile.

"Ello, beautiful. Look at you looking like a big banana." He smiled in a fake British accent, picking up a strand of my hair and it suddenly hit me, causing my eyes to light up and a huge smile to form on my face.

"Oh my god! Jared!" I exclaimed, attacking him in a hug. He laughed and picked me off the ground, hugging me tightly. "What are you doing here?" I asked, my head buried in his shoulder.

"Well, Mr. Mills here told me that he was in New York and that you were too so I deiced that it was time for me to pay a visit and I thought your birthday was the perfect time to do it." Jared told me setting me back down on the ground. "But I wouldn't be here if Shane didn't help out with the ticket." He added making me look over at Shane.

He gave a smile and shrugged. "It's not a big deal." He said nonchalantly making me shake my head and pull him to a huge hug.

"You are absolutely amazing, Shane!" I smiled hugging him tighter. "Now, let's get in side before Mrs. Rogers starts complaining." I told them, taking there hands and pulling them into the apartment.
