Everything slowed down once I heard the never ending beep and saw the way Rains body fell limp shortly afterwards. I couldn't hear anything after that. I couldn't hear my screams for help. I couldn't hear the doctors rushing in. Absolutely nothing.

"Ms. I need you to exit the room please." One of the nurse said to me and I could only understand by reading her lips. I shook my head trying to get to Rain. I pushed against the nurses and doctors trying to pry me from the room, sobs never failing to escape my lips.

"No! Rain!" I screamed as someone one wrapped their arms around my waist, lifting me off the ground. "No! Put me down! He promised! Rain! You promised!" I wailed, thrashing around as they carried me out of the room. I heard feet rushing towards us in the hall and looked over to find the others running towards me.

"Ella?" Brandie asked looking concerned. Her face fell once she looked inside the room and heard the heart monitor. "O-Oh my god! No! N-no!" She screamed trying to go inside but was stopped by Shane. "Rain! Rain! No! Oh god! Please! No!" She sobbed, struggling in Shane's arms to get to Rain.

I cried, letting my body go limp. The doctor holding me put me down on the ground and his arms were replaced by Lyric's. I collapsed into his arms, heart wrenching sobs raking through my body. "He promised! He said he wouldn't leave! He promised me!" I sobbed, clutching onto his shirt. Lyric hugged me closer, running his fingers through my hair.

"He's going to be okay." He said, voice giving out. He let out a small sob and buried his face into my hair, squeezing me tighter. "He'll make it." I cried harder, feeling my keens giving out.

"What happen!?" Brandie yelled at me, yanking me out of Lyric's arms. "What did you do!?" She screamed, balling up the collar of my shirt, and pulling me closer.

"I-I-I just let him go back to sleep." I sobbed, trying to pull away.

"What do you mean!?"

"He woke up!" I wailed, turning my head to avoid her eye contact.

"What?" Her voice soften, along with her grip. At least for a few seconds before she gripped tighter than before. "Why didn't you get me!?" She screamed, making me cry louder.

"He s-s-said that he wanted to go back to sleep. T-That he was tired! I didn't want to let him but he just looked so tired! I didn't know what to do!" She held me there for a few seconds before throwing me to the ground. I skidded back a small distant, hitting my elbows on the tile, and knocking my head into Lyric's leg.

"This is your fault!" She fumed as Lyric crouched down next to me and pulled my back into his chest. "If you just would have gotten me! This wouldn't have happened! Look what you did! You killed him!" She screamed, sobs breaking out afterwards, which sent her to the ground.

"Brandie! Stop!" Shane yelled, tears falling from his eyes. "It's not her fault! What difference would it have made if she left to get you!? He would have still fallen a-"

"We have a pulse!" A doctor exclaimed from the room making all of us snap our head in that direction. Brandie stood up and ran over to the room, but was stopped at the door by some nurses.

"Oh thank god!" I cried, turning around in Lyric's arms, and hugging to me. "He's alright." I smiled through tears. Lyric let out a tears filled laugh and hugged me back.

"He's okay?" Brandie asked in a sob, once the doctor walked out of the room, shutting the door behind her. She nodded with a smile making Brandie break out into a smile. "Oh my god!" She happily cried, turning towards Shane, and engulfing him in a hug.

"Everything's alright." Shane beamed, lifting her off the ground. I looked back at Cecilia who was standing off on the side, hands over her mouth, and a few tears slipping from her eyes. She looked over at me and moved her hand away to show a small smile.
