the car stopped slowly as everyone looked to the back at jack as he quickly jumped seats to get out.

"what are-" zach said this as jack stopped in front of him and vastly smashed his face onto the younger ones.

the kids lasted a while, for all the boys to see it too. as if it were a show. jack slowly pulled himself away and kept the gaze into zach's eyes. they were glowing. he had never seen such a beautiful sight.

"be my boyfriend. and don't tell me you need time, you're only wasting the time we could be spending with each other. and both of us know that you and i deserve this, i mean i know that i need this. it's not a want. it's a need, i need you like i need oxygen, i need you like i need food, i need you like i need water, i need you like i need the ability to sing and to be happy, i need you." jack gripped onto zach's hands hoping for anything but rejection.

"jack, what the fuck." zach said this in a non questioning tone and faced jack seriously which scared him to death. "you're literally the cutest person alive." zach eased the tension with one simple sentence. "i love you." the boys smiled at each other and pulled one another into a tight hug. they could stay like that forever but they had to get moving. and they did. with the tour and the rest of that year.

zach and jack were back to being the power duo they once were but even more powerful. the boys were inseparable. nothing could break them apart.

of course there was drama and jealousy, but they moved past it, expecting the best to come.

as these good days became years. jack knew it was time, time for the biggest move he could pull. he never once thought he'd be purposing to a guy one day, due to all the denial of him being who he truly was but here he was anxiously awaiting to ask the big question.

zach walked to their table, where jack was sitting, with two large cups holding their drinks. "you know you could help, right?" zach said this in a playfully sassy voice, expecting a giggle. he didn't get one. jack was too nervous to laugh and this gave the younger boy an uneasy feeling. "babe? you okay?" zach broke jack out of his current state.

"yeah, i'm fine, haha" jack tried to play it off but zach just gave him "the look". it was a look that zach gave jack when he knew he was lying.

"okok not fine but i can't ruin this surprise, not yet." the curly headed boy gave zach a fake evil laugh followed with a smirk, while he just rolled his eyes at his stupid boyfriend and sat down in front of him.

the boys were enjoying their meal until the tvs in the restaurant they were in all suddenly changed (y'all can pick the restaurant they're @, i'm too lazy lmao). the tv's began to play old videos of zach and jack together, videos they had taken over the 4 years they had been together, and even videos with the rest of the band.

zach looked forward in tears but jack had vanished. as zach went back to watching the tvs, he saw the figure of his boyfriend reappear but he was now kneeling down on one knee, opening a box that revealed a ring. a ring that zach had shown jack multiple times. zach's tears were at a rest and his smile was wider.

zach didn't even have to say a word for jack to know that instead of being boyfriends, the two were now fiancés.

this was the start to the rest of their life and jack couldn't be happier.

also zach was very gay.
