- The reason why it's secret in the first place, is because of how old he is

- And how young you are

- And also the fact that

- Addison has her eyes on him still but

- You two would definitely live together in an apartment

- And whenever there's guests over and you guys have a little house party, Sloan always has to pretend to leave

- Because like hell that apartment looks that clean with him living in it

- Honest to god if he lived alone it'd look like Christina's apartment

- Whenever you want to kiss him, there's always a fast look around, and then a peck on the lips

- He doesn't really like that, he wants a REAL kiss

- You've probably went into hiding with him in all the on call rooms by now

- Because he wanted to get frisky and

- JFC MARK IM IN THE MIDDLE OF A CASE

- When you get jealous, it isn't very strong

- Because you know for a fact that he doesn't like Addison anymore

- So you don't get that bad at all, in fact, there's hardly a reaction

- But when Mark is jealous? It's just petty

- You'll probably be talking to Jackson or Alex about one of your patients, most likely trying to get advice

- And Mark will see you, and obviously like the cliché it is, you're laughing

- So when you see Mark later he's all

- "Go ask Alex/Jackson. Maybe they'll help better"

- Or he'll just straight up ignore you

- For example

- You'll walk up to him, looking at the iPad

- "Hey Mark, I have a question. Since you've been in the field longer can you help me with —"

- And then you'll look up and

- How did he leave so fucking fast?

- If the secret ever comes out, then it's Mark's fault

- He probably kissed you in front of Derek or something

- Like absentmindedly

- And then the secret would be spread by Derek because he's an asshole
