Without meaning to, I fell for Noah more. I was head over heels and I couldn't admit it. I wouldn't. It was my stubborn nature.
I watched a YouTube video on how to get over your crush. It said to avoid talking to him, delete his contact and pictures with him, and pretend he doesn't exist. But that's what people do after a break up, not for getting over your crush. So I just tried to avoid Noah.
"Everest?" His voice said. I cringed. I looked in my mirror. Behind me, Noah was looking at me anxiously. I slammed my locker door shut. "What?" I muttered. "Are you mad at me?" He asked worriedly. "No." I mumbled. "Why are you avoiding me?" He demanded. I began to walk off. Noah ran up besides me. "Why?" He asked desperately. "Leave me alone please Noah." I said, pushing him away (figuratively and literally.)
Noah was in my next class, but he didn't even give me a glance.
