Ray was weary on allowing Frank to leave the building after the man let out all of his feelings, but adventually he gave in and told Frank he better be home by dark or he (In all honesty) Would kick Frank's ass. Which, Frank knew, would be impossible for Ray to do since Ray wasn't one for violence (No matter how strong he pretended to be; Frank doubted Ray would be able to step on a roach.)

Now drowning in his own despair and stupidity, Frank had found himself sitting alone in one of the city's multiple alleys with the city's only cutest man plopping down on the concrete beside him. Looking up in shock, Frank struggled for words at Gerard, who seemd perfectly intent on staying where he sat down.

"Hey Frankie." Gerard greeted as he tugged uncomfortably at his mask. Frank, still unable to find words, gave him a strangeled greeting which he assumed sounded like he was speaking another language. "Well then," Gerard said. "Mmph hmph hmph to you too."

Frank felt a blush rising to his cheeks as Gerard laughed pleasantly beside him. The man's laughter sounded like bells ringing in the distance and Frank wanted anything but for him to stop. "It's alright Frankie. I caught you at a wrong time, I know. Hope you don't mind though. You just looked so alone so I assumed you needed company."

Frank giggled nervously, feeling his face heat up even more at the sound he had made. Unlike Pete, Frank had no idea how to speak to cute men and he had more knowledge in mutated animals than actual people. Gerard though, was socially awkward as well so Frank should've found speaking to him easier than it was.

"Mikey and I have been doing fine, thanks for asking." Frank reddened even more for not asking. "I would tell you more, but let's just say Mikey doesn't want me speaking to anyone just in case I slip up. Which I severely doubt because no one here is worth talking to-besides you and the guys. You are all pretty cool, actually. But yeah. No talking to strangers. Though in all honesty, you are not a stranger. You're that awesome fucker who saved my life, am I right?"

Frank made another weird sound that Gee bypassed without question. "Yeah. I think Mikes would think I'm weird if I told him I'm not mad about it, right? I've always been this way though. I never blame people and I try to look on the bright side of things. I have this problem where I believe everyone has good in them no matter who they are or what they've done. For instance, I think that man was just having a bad day and wanted to take it out on someone else and I just happened to be there." Gerard explained.

"He pushed me but I think he actually didn't mean to hurt me; just scare me, am I right? I feel really guilty because he's probably taking it bad right now. He probably thinks himself as a murderer and is shunned by his friend or whoever that man was who witnessed my almost-death."

Frank, in a way, thought Gerard's words were those of a naive person who hadn't seen the world the way he has. In fact, that was probably true. But Frank also couldn't stop himself from being absorbed in Gerard's calming words and the way he spoke without hesitation. Frank wished desperately for the man to take his mask off so he could see his lips form the words he spoke. Just once, Frank thought. Did he want to see Gerard maskless again.

"...And also why I want Mikey by my side at all times. He's my brother, right? I can't lose him again. Though to be honest, I shouldn't be saying this after leaving him alone-again. Wow. I'm really what's the word...?"

"A hypocrite?" Frank suggested with a sinking feeling in his chest. Of course he had to lose himself in his own thoughts as this wonder of a man spilled his heart out. "Yes!" He shouted. "A hypocrite! Thanks Frankie. Now where was I...?"

Again, Frank became distracted. Gerard had a loose strand of hair that he just wanted to tuck away. It wasn't something really that concerning, but it just bothered Frank that Gerard was talking to him while a piece of his hair blocked his eyes from Frank's. Unknowingly, Frank gently moved the hair away from the taller man's eyes, feeling his neck turning hot as he blushed and stared down at his lap.
