Frank was scared shitless. Which, should've been an exaggeration, but really wasn't. He was afraid of everything that could go wrong and everything that couldn't. He was afraid for his friends, afraid for himself, and most of all-afraid for Gerard.
Even though the man would be at his side every second; Frank couldn't help but worry that something would go wrong. It wasn't as if Frank had all the power in the world. Sure, he vowed to protect Gerard, but how could he protect someone who doesn't want his protecting? Gerard had said himself that he didn't need to be watched over but Frank still couldn't help but worry about him.
Hell, they weren't even out of the warehouse yet and Frank was freaking out. It appeared like everyone else was keeping their calm except for him-and Frank was normally good with situations like this.
But now as he thought of possibly never seeing Pete again or Ray again-or anyone, really. He was beginning to lose sight of what was important: killing Brendon Urie. Sure, it had been Frank's idea to start a revolution (Though admittedly Patrick beat him to it) And it had been Frank's idea to join it. But that still wasn't going to stop him from being frightened.
"Hey. Frankster. We got this." Pete assured him; only managing to make Frank feel worse because, how the hell was Pete fine with this when he was the one having to crawl through the air vents? Which, shouldn't have been important since Andy, Ray, and Joe were about to be sent to war, but Frank still couldn't help but be most worried for his best friend and boyfriend.
"I know we do but...Aren't you guys even a little bit afraid?" He asked as he sent a glance towards Gerard; only to have his eyes longer longer than they should've as he was bent down to pick an object up and quite frankly, Frank wasn't going to miss a chance to get a nice view.
"Well, yeah. But we shouldn't be having this conversation while you're checking out Gerard's ass." Frank paled, turning his attention towards Pete. "Now, how would you know that if you weren't looking at-" "Obviously I was checking him out too. What? It's not my fault-" "How about we skip this whole 'talk' for when I'm not eating?" Ray suggested. "Shut it, Ray. You don't matter." Ray threw his bread at Pete's head, giving the man a 'look.'
"Everyone matters in their own way. Now what about checking me out?" Gerard asked somewhat cluelessly. "What?" Pete asked innocently. "We said nothing of the sorts. You must be hearing things, Geerard." He huffed.
Raising an eyebrow, Gerard shook his head and grinned. "Alrighty then...Has Ryan stopped by yet?" "Yep." Mikey answered before anyone else could respond. "He just gave Pete the map and said 'Good luck.' Apparently there was too much going on for him and he didn't have time to meet up with you two."
Frank felt a tang of regret as he would've liked to speak with Ryan one more time before rushing into their mission. He was, after all, probably not going to meet up with Gerard and Frank until after Brendon's death. That was, if they succeeded in killing him.
"That's okay." Gerard said with a shrug. "Ray, Andy, Joe. Remember what to do?" The three nodded in response. "We take care of the rebels. Seperate them into three groups. Attack as soon as given the signal. Yada, yada, yada. You don't need to worry about us, Gerard. It's you that we have to worry about." Ray said with a sad smile.
"Mikey...Do...I'll see you after this bud, okay? We'll do something stupid together and ditch Frankie to watch a movie or something." "So I'll be stuck with them?" Frank asked in a faked annoyed voice. "Sorry Frankie. But Gee's mine." Mikey said as he grabbed Gerard's arm, making Frank slightly jealous as Gerard was choosing Mikey over him-which wasn't a problem since they were siblings, but Frank preferred Gerard to himself.
"Before we go our seperate ways and do something really stupid; I just wanna let you guys know that I love and appreciate all of you dearly." Pete said as he blew Frank a kiss. "You too, darling." "I enjoy your company as well, asswipe." "Ah, your inspirating words never fail to make my heart flutter."
