Gerard, Frank knew, was in his own world. Frank could tell as the man rambled about dreams and the stars above. Though Frank had never seen stars or even thought of seeing them, he defenatly wanted to as Gerard described the pictures they created and the stories they told.

Frank couldn't help but wonder how the man made something so useless sound so wonderful. It wasn't as if Gerard were doing it on purpose, like he was planning for Frank to fall for his every word. But that seemed to happen with every word he spoke and every sentanct he said. Somehow he made the stars sound so beautiful and the sky so full of depth. Never, he thought. Would he had wanted to see the sky if it weren't for Gerard.

As they walked, Frank added comments every now and then but preferred to hear his boyfriend speak as Gerard had a lot to say. More important things if Frank had to give his opinion. No paragraph would ever beat Gerard's explanation on how shooting stars fell from the sky and were wished upon by the people who were lucky enough to catch sight of them. No person could better explain meteor showers or how far stars actually were from the planet they had been doomed to live on. Nothing could beat his summery on why the moon was so.

Frank could only close his eyes as listen as Gerard's words blanketed him with a familiar comfortable feeling he hadn't felt since the day he and Gerard had shared a kiss. Since the day everything had began to grow wrong. Now as he listened to the man's voice and felt the cool weapon against his waist, Frank could only wonder if now was the time for thing to become right.

That maybe Gerard was correct when he explained how he had read that the sun would show itself and maybe he was right when he said that it would all work out in the end. God, Frank thought. How much he wanted Gerard to be right.

For a moment Frank was confused; the familiar sound of Gerard's voice vanished, fading into thin air. Frank turned his head, blinking uncertainly at Gerard, who had suddenly stopped speaking. "What's wrong?" He whispered.

"Nothing. Just, we should head back." Frank glanced up at the still dark sky, looking at it in confusion. "Why?" He asked. "There's still enough time. We can walk for a little longer." His sentance came out a little too pleading and he hoped Gerard wouldn't take it the wrong way. Frank didn't want to appear like a begging child.

"I don't know...Something's wrong. I think it'd be best for us to go." Frank could tell by the way Gerard shifted uneasily and the uncomfortable yet fearful glances the man sent behind them that Gerard defenatly sensed something Frank didn't. And though he knew it was stupid, Frank believed that Gerard really did sense something unseen to Frank.

"Turn around slowly." Frank tensed, feeling Gerard do the same from beside him. His breath hitched in his throat as he watched Gerard slowly do as the strange voice said. "Good. Now you too." Frank, not having a choice because it was already too late and he was assuming some sort of weapon as pointed at him, turned slowly. He made sure not to move too fast as the man pointing the gun at not his head-but Gerard's-would most likely not hesitate to pull the trigger.

"Alright. Either of...Oh shit, man. You're good. All good. Sorry. I really thought...This is awkward." The guy said as he lowered his gun. Frank, needless to say, was really confused but still had the common sense to shove Gerard behind him and give the man a threatening glare.

"Oh, no. I'm not-I thought you two were, like, how do I say this? My name is Tyler. I am not going to kill you. I pointed a gun at you for absolutely no reason, but I'm a huge fan."

"Um," Frank said. "Uh, like, I love what you guys do. You know? You're Frank Iero, right? Yeah. That has to be you. I'm a big fan for like, obvious reasons and I pointed this thing at you because I thought you were some stranger. Does that make sense?"
