Frank, to say the least, was upset that Mikey had to come in and ruin everything; the same moment Frank was about to blurt out a few words that he knew would've been a mistake but nevertheless, words he had desperately wanted to say.
Gerard, although his lips may have been somewhat chapped, was the best kisser in Frank's entire kissing history. No one-not even Pete-could beat Gerard at kissing. Frank knew that for a fact. Although the first attempt had ended in failure; both Frank and Gerard had managed to fix it and turn the kiss into something unimaginable. And fuck, how much Frank would give to kiss Gerard a second time.
"Okay Frank. You need to tell me what's going on." Frank, shaking his head, glared at Pete for a few seconds before scowling. "How about you tell me what's going on with you first? You know, because every time you say you'll meet me you end up ditching." Which normally led to Frank meeting up with Gerard, but still. It happened multiple times throughout the week and frankly, he was getting sick of it.
Pete had a guilty expression on his face but stood firm. "Frank, I haven't been meaning to ditch." He tried to explain while Ray slunk out of the room and Patrick pretended he was doing something important. "Yeah, yeah. Whatever, Pete." Frank huffed. "It's not 'whatever.' I seriously can't meet you sometimes because of...Working reasons." Frank has heard that excuse from Pete multiple times so automatically didn't buy it. "What do you mean 'work?' As far as I know, you've never kept a decent job since you were eleven."
"Thanks Frank. For that. But I'm not lying. I have work-" "Then what do you do that is more important than your best friend?" Pete silenced immediately, turning towards Patrick for help. Patrick, thankfully, acted as if he didn't see him and played around with the mask in his hand, muttering things about wishing Mikey were here to fix it.
"I have a boyfriend." Frank said, leaving it at that. Patrick dropped the gas mask while Ray dove into the room. Frank had to take a step back to keep the man from tackling him. "Oh my God, Frank! Tell us all about him!" He squealed like an excited teenage girl. Frank hadn't expected Ray and neither Patrick, who magically appeared in front of him wanting to know all about this 'boyfriend' of his.
"Um," Frank said. "Um what!? I need to know!" "You do know. Him." Frank was still trying to act annoyed but was unable to as...Well...Patrick and Ray were a little too much to handle. Pete smirked, already recovered from the argument (Unlike someone) and plopped down on the sofa. "Come on, Iero." Ray pleaded. "You've been coming home with a smile and obviously this man of yours has to be good if he makes you smile." "How many times do I have to say that it's Iero?" Frank muttered.
"Frankie. I may be a man who ignores the law, but I can see a lovestruck person from miles away. You've been seeing whoever since I don't know how long ago. You need to tell us." Frank mumbled a few chosen words under his breath while the two continued to beg for answers. Finally fed up with it, Frank shouted the answer they wanted. "It's Gerard, okay!? Jesus Christ. Gerard and I have been seeing eachother or whatever."
Letting out a low whistle, Ray nodded in his approval. "That's good. I mean, he seemed like a nice, quiet guy." "Yeah right. Once you get him going, the fucker won't shut up." Frank said while rolling his eyes. He couldn't even attempt to hide the smile on his face. "Aww. That's so adorable." Patrick squeaked. "Tell me, did he come to you to thank you for saving his life and did you two have a moment where your eyes met and you instantly fell in love? I bet that happened. That happened, didn't it?"
"It did happen," Frank began carefully. "But that was when I first saw him. We made eye contact and I just...I don't really know what happened because afterwards he was almost killed by a Black Mask." He admitted with a small laugh.
"Whoah. So you fell for him before knowing his name?" Pete asked as he leaned forward in his chair. "I fell for him the second our eyes met." Frank corrected. "But we didn't...Become a 'thing' until today when we-" He cut himself off before he could finish. "Nuh ah ah, Frankie. Finish your sentance."
