Chapter 23

Wendy flew around, trying to find Lucy. She somehow lost her and it's like she disappeared from the face of the earth. She couldn't smell her, she only smelled grass. Wendy couldn't think of Lucy being in trouble, it'd mess up her senses. Then it'd take even longer for Wendy to find her.

Wendy did smell one scent though.

Mira's.

Wendy looked around and spotted the white haired vampire, quickly flying over "Mira! Have you seen Lucy?!"

Wendy was slightly confused when Mira looked relieved at seeing her.

Mira grabbed Wendy, pulling her down. The two transformed back and Mira fell to her knees, panting "I've been searching for you..for so long..a-anyways, I need to get you home." Mira threw Wendy over her shoulder "sorry about this sweetheart but I know you won't go willingly."

Wendy picked her head up slightly "Lucy's I trouble..isn't she?"

Mira looked forward "sleep Wendy, sleep.."

At that, Wendy passed out with her head against Mira's back.

Lucy panted as she looked at Sting from the ground "he's really freakin' strong.." she wanted to wipe that cocky smirk off of Sting's face but she knew that'd be even harder. She was just turned and she was already having vampire troubles.

Lucy stood up slowly, scoffing "oh what an amazing day for me, huh?" Sting simply smirked at her, holding up his hand as an bright light formed around it "wanna go again, princess?"

Lucy simply shrugged, stars forming around her as her outfit changed. This time, she wore a wool dress with gloves. She rubbed the horns on her head, smirking "I can't beat you..but I can make you frustrated."

Sting charged at her but was blocked by..pink wool? He stared at it in confusion before shooting through it. He was faced with another wall of wool.

"Quit hiding and fight me like a man!"

Lucy smirked from the tree she sat on. She jumped onto Sting, pinning him down as she tied him up with her whip "news flash, I'm a woman" Lucy's clothes changed back and she sighed, taking out her phone "now to get Natsu..or maybe Erza."

Sting's eyes widened "y-you mean Titania..?"

Lucy smirked and dialed Ezra's number "Erza! I-" Lucy stopped her sentence as a black shadow stabbed through her stomach, causing her to fall to the ground. Rogue sighed and untied Sting "you got caught by a little girl?"

Sting growled and hit Rogue on the chest "she's not little! She's actually really fuckin' smart. Thanks for saving my ass though." Sting grinned at his brother but Rogue just rolled his eyes "who is she anyways?"

"I'm pretty sure her name is Lucy Heartfilia"

Rogue's eyes widened and he hit Sting on the head "you messed with an Heartfilia?! What is wrong with you?!" Rogue rubbed the bridge of his nose, sighing.

Sting just looked at him with confusion written all over his face. Rogue sighed once again "Lucy Heartfilia is the daughter of Layla Heartfilia. She basically ruled over vampires with Igneel, Eileen, and Grandeeney. Once Eileen tried to overthrow Grandeeney, Layla and Igneel defeated her."

Sting rolled his eyes "I don't see why we need to be scared of this girl-" Sting went to point at Lucy but saw she was no longer on the ground. Sting looked around and sniffed the air, searching for her scent.

Suddenly, Rogue fell into a hole. Sting growled and looked around "where are you, princess?!"

Then he fell into a hole.

Lucy jumped out of the ground and covered the  holes with wool, panting and holding onto her stomach. Rogue sighed "you're a smart girl."

"She is, isn't she?" Erza smirked and put her hand on Lucy's shoulder "good job, I'm proud of you. I'll take this two back to their guild after a little..chat. Go rest, your wound is serious." Lucy nodded and used her super speed to go home.

Erza summoned a sword and cut the wool open, holding the sword to Stings head as one summoned next to her and pointed at Rogue "why did you attack Lucy?"

"I ain't tellin' you shit!" Sting smirked a cocky smirk.

Erza's smirk was insane. Rogue glared at Sting "we're so dead.."

"Oh, I'll make you talk. One way, or another."

Lucy landed on her bed, panting and holding her stomach "aren't I supposed to regenerate..?"

"Yes but it takes a while and still hurts." Natsu walked towards her and turned her over, growling as he saw her stomach "who did this to you?"

"Why the hell are you in my room?! How did you get in?! Get out!" Lucy screamed and kicked him into the wall, almost making him crash through it. Natsu rubbed his head and got back up "just tell me who hurt you and I'll leave"

Lucy looked at her stomach and shook her head "you wouldn't want to go there, Erza is taking care of them." Natsu's eyes widened.

"Oh god..she's gonna kill them.."

"Again?"

"Again."
