Lucy's eyes widened and she smiled "Levy!" Lucy ran to her best friend, hugging her. It had been a while since the two had saw each other so Lucy couldn't help but hug her.

But she didn't have to knock her over.

Levy giggled and hugged her tighter "hey girl! Where have you been? I missed you!" Lucy smiled and played with Levy's hair "I had to go home for a little while but now I'm back and I'm ready for that dance!"

"And we're ready to see it!" Cana walked over drunkly, pulling Lucy up and wrapping her arms around her "welcome to the life of a vampire" Cana smiled at Lucy as she whispered in her ear. Lucy's eyes widened "are you..?"

"Nah, I just know about them. I do hang out with Jellal." Cana grinned then fell over when trying to give Lucy another hug. Lucy giggled and helped her up "I'll bring you to Gildarts, wanna help Levy?"

Levy giggled and shook her head "sorry, I have to meet up with Gajeel. I'll see you two at the talent show!"

Lucy sighed and picked Cana up bridal style, walking towards Gildarts classroom. She glared at the people that gave her weird looks which scared the hell out of them. Lucy was known as the sweetheart of the school and she never glared at anyone.

Lucy heard one of the girls conversations.

"She glared at us, she's been hanging out with the playboy too much."

Lucy placed Cana against a locker and rubbed her head "I'll be right back! Don't move, okay?" Lucy smiled but Cana could tell she wanted to kill the girl who talked about Natsu. Cana placed her hand on Lucy's shoulder, looking completely serious before cracking a drunk grin.

"Don't beat 'er up too badly!"

Lucy grinned at Cana and walked towards the girl, smiling a sickly sweet smile "hey! I heard your little conversation and decided to say a few things!" Lucy's smile faded and her eyes turned cold as she glared at the girl "My boyfriend is not a playboy and never changed me, I'm just done with this school's shit."

Lucy backed the girl up against a locker and smirked "talk about Natsu again, I dare you." Lucy grinned evilly.

"You won't have a tongue."

Erza placed her hand on Lucy's shoulder "back down, Lucy. This girl isn't worth stressing over." Lucy nodded and moved away from the girl but she still gave her a glare as Erza pulled her towards Cana.

Lucy puffed out her cheeks and crossed her arm. Why did Erza have to intervene? She could've easily taken that girl!

"That's why I intervened. You're a vampire, she's not. I guess your attitude is coming from your fledgling state. You should be better soon but until then, don't pick fights that you know you're gonna win." Erza crossed her arms and rubbed the bridge of her nose "we don't need a younger Mira running around here.."

Lucy looked at Erza, tilting her head "what's that supposed-" Lucy was interrupted by Cana patting her head.

Cana giggled and continued to pat Lucy's head "you're a fledgling..oh that's adorable!" Cana soon started playing with Lucy's hair, causing the blonde to laugh. Erza smiled but started to think "speaking of Mr. Playboy, where is he?"

Lucy grinned to herself "he went to go chat with Rogue and Sting. Did they hurt you at all?" Erza smiled and placed her hand on Lucy's head "They couldn't even touch me. Don't think they'll be able to touch anything for a while.."

Erza's smirk widened as an insane look appeared on her eye. Lucy sweatdropped and picked Cana back up "I'm gonna take her to Gildart's classroom so she can rest. I'll see ya later, Erza!" Lucy and Cana waved as Lucy started walking. Erza sighed and smiled before heading towards the principals office, smirking as she saw Jellal.
