I took note of the scenery before spotting a dark dash from the corner of my eye. Before I got the chance to investigate it I heard the door open and see Nik and my brother exiting the bar. Talia pushed herself off the wall.

"Where are you going Nik?" Talia asked walking towards the two boys. Nik looked at her for a moment before I placed a hand on his arm.

"We are going to visit-"

"Visit who Nik?" I realized my tone was a bit cold, luckily Nik never seemed to see that fine line.

"Rebekah," I let go of his arm, smiling like an idiot, his face showed he was not as pleased about waking his sister as I was.

"Well, then what are we waiting for? Let's go, my love!" He laughed as I dragged him to the car. I heard dragging feet behind me, but I was too excited to see Rebekah to care. It wasn't a long drive to the warehouse, but it felt like it took forever.

When we had finally arrived, I immediately got out of the car, waiting not so patiently to see my dear sister-in-law for the first time in decades. I could hear Nik's chuckle as he approached, I waited for Nik to open the door to the warehouse before stepping into the large open building. A barely noticeable musty smell had fallen over the warehouse, but as I spotted the coffins I couldn't help but smile.

"So, I knew another original vampire?" Stefan asked as we entered the warehouse.

"If you can't handle it, dear brother, then don't ask." I smiled spinning to look at him before nearly falling as I tripped on the back of my shoe. Nik quickly caught my arm to steady me and I patted his arm. He smiled, letting go and opening a coffin that held a dessicated Rebekah.

"I don't recognize her," his eyebrows furrowed as he looked at her lifeless corpse, which was soon to be not so lifeless.

"Well, don't tell her that." I said under my breath, Nik chuckled as he reached for the dagger.

"Her temper is worse than mine." He pulled the dagger from her chest, setting it to the side. "Time to wake up, little sister." I leaned against a nearby wall as I waited for the veins to disappear.

It had been about an hour and I could tell Nik was getting impatient. "Any day now Rebekah." He said, staring down at his sister who remained in her coffin. "She's being dramatic." He turned to Stefan with a curt smile.

"Now Nik, She has been daggered for decades, give her time." I shook my head and walked over to the coffin looking in at the blonde who was only slightly peachy color as the veins were slowly fading.

"Look, why don't you tell me what the hell is going on? I mean you obviously want me here for a reason right?" Stefan crossed his arms over his chest.

"Well you have many useful talents," Nik shrugged as I rolled my eyes at the two, tuning out their conversation as I focused on waiting for Rebekah to wake up. After a few moments I felt a gentle hand on my shoulder, I turned to see who it was and saw Talia who had been silent since we got to the warehouse.

"You understand I'm going to have to leave before she wakes up right?" She whispered, as to not alert the guys.

"Just stay, Talia, I'm sure that she's not even going to remember." I tried to comfort her and convince her to stay but she shook her head.

"I'd better not risk it, Cheo. I'm sure you remember what happened." I knew she was right, Rebekah was one to hold a grudge. I simply pulled her into a hug and nodded.

"Be safe," She smiled before taking off, I sighed as I turned to look at the guys, only to see that they were gone. I rolled my eyes as I slid down against a wall near Bekah's coffin.

I heard rustling and knew it was Bekah sitting up. Without opening my eyes I let out a deep sigh. "Welcome back Bex." I let my eyes flutter open as I smiled, standing up.

"Cleo? Where is my brother," her eyebrows furrowed in confusion as she pulled herself out of her coffin.

"Beats me, I turned around to find our brothers gone, no trace of them." I helped her steady herself as her feet hit the ground before someone stepped up to us. He looked to be a worker at the warehouse.

"Your brother said to meet them at Gloria's." I rolled my eyes, of course Nik had a messenger. "Here," he tilted his head so his neck was in full view, "drink all you want." I shrugged towards Beckah who immediately sank her teeth into his neck. Not too long after, I watched as his body fell to the ground with a loud thump as he his the concrete flooring.

"Ready to go?" She shrugged.

"I haven't seen the city in decades, amuse me for a bit will you?" I rolled my eyes but smiled, I couldn't blame her, the city had definitely changed since the 20s.

"Or," I suggested, "we could wait here for Nik to come back. You know he will if we both stay here long enough." She smirked, I had forgotten how much fun we used to have before Nik daggered her.

"I guess it's been long enough for some revenge. Long overdue if you ask me." There was a glint of amusement in her eyes as I explained an easy plot of revenge, for her own gain, as well as mine.

I really have more chapters ready to post, but I need a cushion for if I can't find time to write (Like over my holiday break starting Friday). So I'll post about every two weeks! See you soon.  ~Kat
