After the end of the furious uprising and the mysterious disappearance of the Man in the Blue Suit, The Silver Legion Chief takes matters into his own hands but focuses on rebuilding the Independent Commonwealth of Free America.
When I woke up, I was given some unwelcoming news from City 17. The city was still being rebuilt but that was the worst I've got, Universal Union warships were spotted just right outside of Charleston, South Carolina and Savannah, Georgia. Commodore Victor T. R. Gordon came into my room and reported that most coastal artillery cannons were being placed alongside the shores of Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and as far as Virginia. I wanted to know more about their fleet remnants if they were some what powerful enough to launch an attack, Gordon said that the their fleet was of no match to ours which was the same fleet that I used to bombard the citadel. The Patriotic American Fleet was making their way down to of where the Universal Unions fleet was which was five miles off shore of Charleston, as I read more upon recent events, I wanted to get back to of what the hell was happening in northern Arizona. The whole of the Southwestern United States especially the four corner states were hit hard the most by the war, Phoenix, Prescott, and Flagstaff were considered to bore the brunt of the guilt in the southwest. The Solar System-Class of Battleships and the Utah-Class Battleships wouldn't be done until the South Carolina's were built, I had to rely on of what we had for sea worthy battleships, the Iowa's were powerful with their 16 inch guns and along with the South Dakota's and the North Carolina's.
I dispatched at least five battleships which included two Montana's, one Kansas-Class, and two Washington's to disperse the union's fleet. Photographs of their fleet came in and of what I was looking at was staggering, the union only had of what I expected to be of what would be considered a small fleet. Like I've said before that they had Pre-Dreadnoughts and armored cruisers while being escorted by destroyers, this fleet had usual standard 14 inch guns and 5 inch guns. The lead ship of their fleet was the U.U.N.S.Ironwall which had the appearance of a imperial Russian dreadnought design, plans for the Ironwall still exist here's the picture of the 1916 Russian dreadnought design:

(The 1916 design for a Russian dreadnought battleship, The Combine used the design and named it officially the Ironwall-Class Dreadnought.)
After I got these reports, I put on my Legion uniform and went down the hallway to get to the dining room. While I walked through the hallway, I could hear footsteps, it then proceeded to get louder and louder as if someone was running towards me without haste. While I looked over my shoulder, Rotha's was running towards me at of what I can describe as Mach five. I was grumpy and just wanted to sleep some more until she literally jumped on my back and just landed me on the floor, this caused me to obviously be more grumpier than usual but I shrugged it off. I got back on my feet and kept walking, I never meant to storm off but I was extremely exhausted. I finally got to the table and just sat down while getting flashbacks of the war and uprising, it became to the point that I started to dwell on it but I had to focus on of what the future will hold for Free America. Colonel Quentin X. Willhouse brung me a report on of what was occurring near the Pamlico Sound in North Carolina, the Union's warships were closing in on ports and were reported to be intimidating civilian vessels.
