After the end of the furious uprising and the mysterious disappearance of the Man in the Blue Suit, The Silver Legion Chief takes matters into his own hands but focuses on rebuilding the Independent Commonwealth of Free America.
It was late night when Captain Vance and his Conscripts were arriving to the undamaged South Dakota-Class Fast Battleship Alabama, They sent me photographs of the undamaged vessel which was entirely very well kept preserved. When we got back to Washington, I was still however thought that I was just running in circles again, I knew that this Blue Suited Menace was up to no good. However, I had to focus on rebuilding our Country, Navy, Army, and Airforce. I however like usual always went for the navy knowing that the Combine always used the sea than air, At midnight of November 2026, I was presented with illustrious designs of very old worrying Pre-Dreadnought to Dreadnought Era warships to revamp the navy. Now I know we already had the Silver Legionary Fleet which would be the Atlantic fleet but I wanted to build a new Pacific Fleet, This would take some time due to the names and what designs came up that I should choose.
The first idea that originated of a Pacific Fleet was just overlooking the pacific which was if not a little drained from the Universal Union, I wanted to name these new classes myself in order to just see of what these old Pre-Dreadnought and Dreadnought Era Battleships can do. this plan was to fully restore the Pacific Fleet with these following requirements of new warships:
8-10 Classes of Pre-Dreadnought, Dreadnought, Standard Type Battleships, and Fast Battleships
5-7 Classes of Scout Cruisers, Light Cruisers, Protected Cruisers, Heavy Cruisers, and Battlcruisers
4-6 Classes of Patrol Boats, Advanced Destroyers, and Heavy Destroyers.
This would conclude all the needs for a grand restart of the Pacific Fleet, I was happier than hell to have things finally for the American Commonwealth to have some peace time. The designs of the Battleship line were in some cases mimicking old designs that were however built way back in the 20th century, The first design however was mimicking the old Florida-Class to which only two were built. However, I decided to revamp it to where it could run on Neptunium a radioactive element and some anti air would however be SAMs. The name of the first class of Battleship was officially given the name Washington, I knew that in the history of this great country that we never had any powerful vessel that was named after a National Hero, President, or General but there were only three planed of the Washington-Class. The three ships were named Washington, Oregon, and North Dakota, Here is the picture of the design below:

(Formerly the Battleship Utah, The now renamed Washington-Class was the first battleship built in over 90 years)
Most designs like these would have not gotten built today if it weren't for me and some others of my staff, The U.S.S. Washington, U.S.S. Oregon, and U.S.S. North Dakota had received hall numbers which were often weird but were reused from previously scrapped Battleships in the past. Washington's hall number was BB-1, Oregon's hall number was BB-2, and finally North Dakota's was BB-3. These three new battleships to which when I mean new, I mean new, Armed with 16 inch guns unlike their previous counterparts with better Anti-Air Defenses. While there did exist other names for ships but still, Naming them after states and provinces could still save time but instead of just naming them all after states, I would however just give some of the more heavier and powerful ones the names of past Presidents and Generals.
