"J...Jessy," Tanya groaned in pain.

"Oh? Did I miss your heart?" Isabel sneered as she raised the gun again, aiming at Tanya.

"No, no—please!" Jessy cried, wrapping Tanya in her arms protectively. "Don't hurt her. Please..." Despite her weakness, she forced herself to shield Tanya with her body.

Isabel scoffed. "Then maybe I'll kill you first. Haha... You know what's funny? She kills you, I kill her, and suddenly, I'm the hero. Jay marries me. What a beautiful ending, right?" she laughed maniacally.

"Why?" Jessy demanded through gritted teeth. "Why are you doing this? We trusted you!"

"Trust?" Isabel smirked coldly. "Do you know how long we've been planning this? And you ruined it all. Why did you have to come back? Why did Jay have to accept you again? You're filthy."

Her voice trembled with rage. "I knew Tanya's little trap to bring me and Jay together. But I let it happen—because I wanted it. I needed his trust, and I got it. Then I used Emanuel to sleep with you, but that coward didn't even go through with it. He betrayed us."

Isabel's voice rose into a near-scream. "Jay almost let you go. He was ready to love me. But you, you showed up and stole him again! Do you have any idea what it felt like to see you two—coming out of the bathroom together like that? God, I wanted to throw up. I wanted to kill you right there!"

She stepped forward, unhinged. "What does he see in you?! I'm prettier. I won his heart first—until you came back and took everything from me! I tried so many ways to break you two apart, but no matter what I did, he always came back to you. WHY?!"

Jessy met her gaze, unwavering. "Because he loves me," she said firmly.

Isabel's eyes widened with fury. Jessy continued, "Truly loves me. And someone like you will never understand what that means."

"You talk too much, you filthy bitch." Isabel's finger tightened around the trigger. "Let's meet in hell—"

But before she could fire, a gunshot rang out from behind. Isabel screamed as her hand was struck and the gun fell to the floor. She collapsed, clutching her bleeding hand.

"Isabel!!" Aria cried, rushing to her side.

"You psychotic witch," Jay snarled as he stepped into the room, Holden and several armed guards surrounding them.

Jessy's body sagged with relief, tears falling as she whispered, "J...Jay..."

Isabel's face drained of color. She stumbled to her feet. "Jay—this isn't what it looks like. Tanya tricked me! She was the one—"

"SHUT UP!" Jay's voice cracked like thunder. "I know everything."

Dev stepped forward, his voice full of disbelief. "God, I can't believe you fooled us like this."

Jay held up a folder and threw several photos and documents at Isabel's feet. "You thought I wouldn't notice? You told Aria where Jessy was when no one else knew. That was all I needed to start digging. And what Holden found... was sickening."

He pointed at Aria. "You're not just some innocent employee. You and Isabel are high school friends, didn't you? You killed your own parents—not because they were cruel, but because they tried to stop you from spiraling. You tortured your own dog just because it barked at someone Isabel liked. That's how far you'd go for her."

Aria remained silent, jaw clenched.

Jay turned to Isabel. "You two weren't lovers—but you enabled each other. She was your shield, your tool. And you? You're a parasite."

Isabel's lips quivered. "No... I loved you. The moment I saw you in that bar... we slept together. You don't remember, but I left the next morning because I didn't want to be just another nightstand. Aria... Aria understood me. She was my best friend. My soul. The only one who ever really saw me. And she wanted to help me win your love."

"You used Aria. You used everyone." Jay spat. "You broke Jessy. You ruined lives. And you still think you deserve love?"

"You're mine!" Isabel screamed. "You were supposed to be mine! I've loved you longer than she ever did! She doesn't deserve you!"

"The only woman I love is Jessy." Jay's voice was cold steel. "And I'll never forgive you for what you've done to her."

Dev muttered under his breath, "You're insane."

Aria's face twisted with rage at his words. "Don't you dare talk about her like that! Only I can scold her!" She reached for a gun, wild-eyed.

Before she could pull the trigger, Holden's bullet hit her square in the forehead.

Aria dropped lifelessly into Isabel's arms.

"NO! No, no, baby—please!" Isabel sobbed, cradling her body. "Don't die! Don't leave me too!"

Emanuel rushed to Tanya's side. "The ambulance is here!"

"Get her out," Jay ordered.

Emanuel carefully lifted Tanya and hurried out. Jay went straight to Jessy, gathering her into his arms.

"Jessy..." he whispered. "I'm so sorry I was late. I'm here now. I'm here."

Jessy weakly opened her eyes. "J...Jay..." she breathed—then lost consciousness.

"Jessy?" Jay gently tapped her cheek, his face darkening as he saw her wounds—her swollen face, bleeding nose, and bruised arms.

"Hahaha... I tortured her," Isabel laughed bitterly from the floor. "She's dead, isn't she? Serves her right..."

Jay's fury surged, but before he could speak, Holden stepped in and landed a brutal punch to Isabel's face.

"I'm not a womanizer," Holden growled, "but you're not even human. I saw Jessy like a daughter. And I won't forgive anyone who hurt her."

Isabel hit the floor, coughing violently.

Jay turned and carried Jessy toward the door, but Isabel called out, voice hoarse and desperate.

"I love you, Jay! Please... please don't leave me! Let her go and be with me—just once!"

Jay didn't stop walking. "I don't believe anything you say anymore."

Isabel screamed in desperation, grabbing a fallen gun and pointing it at her own head.

"If you won't love me—I'll kill myself! I swear I'll do it!"

Jay paused and looked over his shoulder, his voice flat. "Go to hell."

She shifted the gun toward Jay, rage consuming her—only for every guard in the room to open fire.

Isabel dropped lifelessly next to Aria.
