Tobias drags me through the yard for several feet as I begin to shiver from the cold snow touching my toes. Tobias picks me, mumbling something about making it to our destination quicker. Then I see it! Tucked into the corner of the yard, hidden away, a steaming hot tub.

Tobias gently sets me onto my feet on a small deck. I quickly get into the warm water, letting out a huge sigh of relief as I feel the jets touch my skin. There are two little fountains coming from the side and the water changes color. When Tobias hops into the warm water, the water splashes onto the snow melting it. He kisses me on the cheek, the smiles at me, as he says, "So was this worth coming outside for?"

My eyes take in the view around me. The night sky, the stars that are bright and tinkling in the sky as I smile, saying, "Yes! It's beautiful out here. Look you can even see the stars, something that you can't see in Dauntless."

Tobias places his arm around me, pulling me to him as he says, "Yes, it is beautiful out here, but Tris, the stars, they have nothing to do with how beautiful it is out here, at least to me."

I turn to see what Tobias is looking at if he isn't looking at the beautiful night sky to find him staring at me. He smirks at me as I feel my cheeks redden under his gaze. Tobias hands me a glass of champagne. I have never had champagne before. I don't really drink alcohol, the taste has never appealed to me. I take a slight sip of the bubbly champagne and the bubbles in it tickle my throat as the liquid slides downs my throat as I hear Tobias whisper, "I figured after the week you and I both had, we deserved a break from the everyday hustle and bustle.

"You are too sweet to me, Tobias. I really don't deserve you." I whisper, smiling at him as Tobias kisses my lips then sits next to me, leaning back against the rubber pillow in the tub. He closes his eyes letting the jets and water wash over him. I follow suit, leaning back against the rubber pillow, looking at the stars. The jets feel wonderful against my back as they begin to work out all the kinks in my back and soothe my tense, sore muscles. Tobias and I don't talk about anything, we stay silent, enjoying each other's company and the silence of the evening. My eyes get caught on the yard as I notice the outdoor lights hanging on the trees with more solar lights dotting the darkened yard. In the distance, a wolf can be heard howling. My eyes float back the sky as I contemplate life. Tobias seems off in his own world as well. I want to talk to him, but I don't want to disturb the silence. It is not every day that the outside world is this quiet, I relish in the silence of it.

My fingers begin to prune after an hour of soaking in the tub. I tap Tobias on the shoulder. His eyes are closed, he is passed out cold, snoring softly. His lips are apart slightly. He looks younger in his sleep. Just looking at him, brings a smile to my lips. He furrows his brow for a second, then his brow unfurrows returning his face to a sense of peace. I feel the urge to kiss him at that moment, so I do. I kiss his lips softly. He jumps away from me, scanning the yard for danger.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you," I whisper. My mind yelling at me, nice going Tris. You completely forgot that he has PTSD! If you aren't careful you are going to give him a flashback.

"It's okay," Tobias says, blinking.

"I'm such an idiot. I shouldn't have done that to you." I mumble.

"Hey! Don't beat yourself up over it." He says as he gently pulls me to him. He leans towards me, then kisses me. After several seconds of us kissing, we pull away from each other out of breath as I say, "Handsome, we should go inside and get some sleep. It has been a very long day."

Tobias yawns as he says, "I'm wide awake. I'm fine, if you want to stay in here longer, we can."

"I'm tired, and I'm ready to go to bed."

"Okay." He says, a smile gracing his lips.

Tobias hops out of the hot tub first, then holds his hand out to help me out. He places a cover over the tub, then grabs my hand, pulling me into the house. I quickly take a shower, then jump into bed to warm up from the cold. When Tobias is done with his shower, he comes into the room to give me a goodnight kiss. "You cold?" He asks as looks at me cuddled under a mountain of blankets.

"Yeah," I shiver.

Tobias says nothing, he goes over to the fireplace and starts it. He turns back to me, saying "This should keep you warm. Good night."

"Night, Tobias," I whisper as he leaves the room to go back to his room. I drift off into a peaceful sleep, dreaming of playing in the snow with Tobias and a family that we don't have yet. I dream of a little girl with brown hair and light blue eyes and a little boy with blonde hair and dark blue eyes.
