That morning, I wake up feeling warm, a bit too warm for my liking. My eyes glance around the room searching for the root cause of the heat. The fireplace is barely burning in the corner. As I stick a toe out into the cool, morning air, goosebumps run up my leg. That is when, I feel arms wrapped tightly around me, with someone behind me. My breathing and heartbeat increase as I start to panic, but then I remember that it is Tobias, he stayed the night with me, as I asked him to do. He is still sound asleep, his breath, tickling my neck.

A sense of urgency hits my bladder as I try to move, getting up without waking him. He is always up early in the morning, and he is always hard at work. I worry about how much he sleeps. As I am trying to get up, his arms squeeze me even tighter. Giving up my struggle, I know there is no way that I am getting up without waking him up. I poke him in the shoulder as I whisper, Tobias, I need to get up, please!"

He doesn't move as I try to wiggle my way around to face him, and give him a peck on the lips. He still doesn't respond. I deciding to give him a few more on his nose, his lips, this time increasing the pressure with the kiss on his lips. His lips respond to mine, and soon he is kissing me back gently. His eyes open, as a smile tugs at his lips, as he says, "Good morning, beautiful. I wish I could wake up like this every morning."

"Wake up how?" I ask.

"With you by my side, I know, I will have a good day. How did you sleep?"

"After everything that happened last night, I slept surprisingly well. I think that was the most restful sleep, I have gotten in months. I hate to be a bother, but I really need to use the bathroom." I say as I feel myself flush with heat from the embarrassment of admitting that I slept well with Tobias by my side. Tobias lifts his arms from around me, and I roll out of me, running to the bathroom, then run back to bed liking the warmth from Tobias's body.

As I pull the covers back to jump into bed, my eyes glance at Tobias's shirtless body. He is only wearing sweatpants. I take a moment to appreciate, how good looking he is. The thought skating around in my brain. I can't believe, how lucky I am to be with a man who looks at me with such love and devotion, and is as good looking as he is.

He sleepily opens one eye, looking at me as he asks, "You just going to stare at me all day? You are letting all the heat out."

I giggle, replying, "Of course, I'm going to stare at you! Have you seen yourself? It's not every day that I wake up to a gorgeous guy in my bed."

A smirk spreads across Tobias's lips as he says, "Come back to bed Tris. If you want, and if you are comfortable with it, I am willing to spend every night for the rest of my life in your bed." I blush as I crawl back into bed with him, cuddling into his chest.

A shiver shoots up my spine, just as I am getting comfortable. Tobias pulls me close for a second, then he sighs, walks over to the fireplace, turning it back on, then crawls back into bed, to warm me back up. "What are the plans today?" I ask.

When he doesn't respond, I can tell that he is back asleep, from his deep breathing. I'm not tired anymore, and not being able to sleep any longer, I decide to make breakfast as a surprise for him. Quickly, I make us scrambled eggs, fruit, and toast with orange juice. With the wooden small table, I make my way back to the bedroom. Tobias is exactly how I left him, minus fewer blankets that he kicked off in his sleep. I shake him gently, attempting to wake him, he begins to stir. I smile as I lean down to wake him up, whispering into his ear, "Hey, sleepyhead! I made you some breakfast."

He gives me a lopsided smile, replying, "Thank you, baby. You didn't have to do that," as I hand him his plate of food. He looks in heaven as he takes in the food. He moans as he tastes the eggs with a mouthful, "These are amazing!"
