~2 years later~

The door creaked open, startling me. "Who's there?"

I looked towards the door and saw Changbin hyung poking his head out. "You should come back to the dorms soon," he said motioning me to look at the clock and holy crap, it's one in the morning already. I've been practising for way too long.

"Yeah, I should. Let's walk back together?" I asked him as I swung my arm over his shoulder. "Sure, I was just about to head back anyway."

In the last two years, I managed to learn Korean and become almost fluent in speaking, understanding, writing and reading the language.

But, all nine of us still haven't debuted yet, and we still hope to debut together.

Once we reached the dorms, everyone else has already slept. Everyone else except Chris and Jisung.

Why am I not surprised?

I poked my head in to through the door to see what they were up to, while Changbin went to take a shower. "Oh, hey Felix!" Chris said in English. "Shouldn't you two get some sleep now?"

"No, not yet."

After these two years, I swear Chris doesn't even know what sleep is anymore along with Jisung and most of the times Changbin hyung too. They're always 'too busy composing music'.

"Oh, by the way, JYP told us to meet him in his office tomorrow. At eight, sharp."
"All of us?"
"Yes."

What does he need all of us for? There's no way we're in trouble though, right?

"Wake up!" Someone shook me back and forth, "We gotta get to JYP's office."

Oh, shit. I forgot about that.

I shot up and looked at my alarm clock, it's half past seven already. "Why didn't you wake me up earlier?" I complained as I looked at the person who woke me up, which so happens to be Changbin.

"Well, I did. But, did it work? No."

I waste not a second longer and took out the first pair of clothes I saw from the closet. "Breakfast is ready on the table, we'll be going first," he said and closed the door behind him.

I put on a black T-shirt and a pair of grey sweatpants before slipping on my socks.

I walked out of my room and saw some toast and ramen on the table. I won't have time for the ramen, so I just ate the toast in one gulp, like I did back in Sydney when I was in a rush to get to school.

I quickly brushed my teeth and dashed out of the door.

I'm going to be late.

Today's one of the only days that are worth taking the taxi instead of walking there, and that's exactly what I did.

Once I got there I ran up the stairs as fast as I could, at what felt like the speed of light. When I finally got there I was panting and exhausted.

"Felix, you're just on time, a second later and you'll be dead meat," Chris said, eyeing me.

We all filed into JYP's office, our CEO was already sitting at his desk gesturing us to take a seat on the couches.

We all made ourselves comfortable on the two red leathered couches and waited for him to speak.

He put out his arms and clasping his hands together and locking his fingers together.

"I've brought you boys here to talk about your debut," he said calmly looking at all nine of us. Debut? We can finally debut! I smiled so hard while looking down at the floor. This is amazing, a dream come true.
