"So, how was it? How did it go?" Chris asked as I packed my bag ready to go home, but I glared back at him. I'm not in the mood to answer anyone or do much. "Felix?"
"It's all your fault!"
"Didn't you want to be with Lilliana though?" True that.
"But, why would you just leave me and Lilliana behind without telling me?"
"So, you just left instead of hanging out with her?"
"Not exactly..."
"What do you mean 'not exactly'?" Do I have to answer him? I don't have to if I don't want to.

I didn't leave the mall by myself, I caught the train with her since we live near each other. She sat next to me with her hands on the seat and I unconsciously put mine right next to hers. they were millimetres apart.

"You should ask her out, ask her to be your girlfriend." I glared at him
"I'm going home," I said and almost stomped out of the classroom. I really hate it when the 'shippers' talk about this or tease me like this.

It's not that I don't want to hang out with Lilliana, it's just because it's different to when we first met. She used to hate me but we became friends and our relationship got complicated from there, we weren't just any ordinary friends. Now that I think about it, I might've started liking her from a long time ago, maybe since she twisted her ankle or since the first piano lesson, maybe even since I saw her getting on the same bus as me for the first time.

I waited for her at the bus stop as I fiddled with my thumbs. She's catching the bus today, right? I hope so.

The bus is coming, why is she still not here? I tapped my card and sat at the back like always and I saw Lilliana running towards the bus through the window. So, she is catching the bus. She got on and walked to the back and sat next to me. "Where were you?" I asked.
"Oh, nowhere." She said trying to catch her breath back.

"Fely," mum said in a serious and stern tone as soon as I walked into the house.
"What is it?"
"Your father and I are going on another business trip, this time to China. You're going to be okay on your own, right? It's a very long trip." Again?
"How long?" I asked, stomach dropping.
"A few months."
"But that's a really long time."
"Yes, darling, which is why if you're not okay by yourself for the next few months we can send you to nan and poppy's place."
"Oh, I'll be okay at home by myself."
"You sure?" I nodded.

Nothing, nothing at all is going how I want it to go. Nothing is going my way.

I turned on the boiling hot shower on and tried to dispense some shampoo out from its dispenser but nothing came out. It was empty. Even the shampoo bottle is going to betray me, the whole world might as well turn against me if it's going to make me suffer.

Chris said I should ask Lilliana out, it's not such a bad idea actually. But should I? She doesn't even like me. What if she secretly does? What are the chances of that happening though? none, it's the reality.

The place was dark, the only source of light was above me. There was a figure in the distance, I walked towards it to see who it was. The person turned around to face me.

The person I love the most, is Lilliana? With every step I take, the further she gets. I ran but she ran faster, but she slowed down her pace when she reaches the edge of a cliff. I slowed down also, I was about to put my hand on her shoulder to turn her around, but before I could she turned around and smiled at me.

She was about to fall backwards down the cliff. But, I held on to her wrist and stopped her, "No! Don't go!"

Please.

I PROMISE the next chapter will be longer. I promise. Next chapter is going to be gooooddd. (hopefully)

Unlike the US having summer holidays or something, school here is slowly entering assessment week so there'll be slow updates and shit. But it doesn't matter, it's not like there's a lot of people reading.
