chapter thirty seven

TWO MONTHS LATER
( annie is 6 months pregnant )

annie's pov:

i woke up with hayden beside me.
"hayden?" i whisper - shouted and tried my best to wake him.
"y-yes.. what's wrong?" hayden spoke, his voice was raspy but soft.
"we have the gender reveal appointment, come on we need to get ready!" i told him with a huge smile.
i got up out of bed and tried pulling hayden out of bed.
"come on! get uppp!" i spoke.
"i'm up," he laughed and got out of bed.
i giggled and pulled hayden into a hug.
"i think you're more excited than me," hayden spoke and hugged me back.
"we get to know weather our baby is a boy or a girl! of course i'm excited!" i beamed.
"let's get ready, then we can get some donuts on the way there?" hayden said.
i nodded and kissed his cheek.
i walked over to hayden's closet and picked out one of my outfits that was in there.
i decided to wear a grey sweater with my favourite maternity leggings.

"here's your shoes," hayden spoke as he passed me my black nikes.
i was already dressed so i put my shoes on with the help of hayden.
"you ready to go?" i asked hayden.
he nodded and he grabbed his keys as we headed out the door.
we got into the car and started driving.
"what donuts do you want?" hayden asked.
"glazed!" i told him with a smile.
"okay," he smiled back, looking over at me for a second then paying his attention to the road.
we arrived at dunkin donuts and went through the drive threw. we ordered our donuts and a drink then paid.
"they smell so good!" i spoke as we had got given a box of donuts and our drinks.
i took a sip of my hot chocolate and surprisingly it wasn't burning hot.
"we have enough time to park up and eat," hayden told me.
i nodded as he drove to the parking lot.
once we had parked i opened to box and saw three chocolate glazed and some normal glazed ones.
i grabbed a normal icing glazed one and began eating.
"how does it taste?" hayden asked.
"amazing!" i giggled as hayden took a bite out of my donut.
"very good," he laughed.
i finished eating the donut and ate one more, so did hayden.
"wanna save the rest for later?" he asked.
i nodded and drank some of my hot chocolate.
"are you ready to go?" hayden asked.
i nodded as he started driving.
in a few minutes im going to find out the gender of my baby!
