"Mr. And Mrs. Arendelle, I'd like to see you for a moment." The doctor stuck his head in the door.
"Yes, of course." Both shuffled out the door.
"Anna, can you please send Jack in here?" Elsa asked, holding Anna's hand with her right.
Anna only nodded. She left and a few moments later, a boy with white hair peeked in.
"Elsa, I'm so sorry this happened to you, I-"
"Don't." Elsa said.
He looked at her quizzically.
"Don't apologize. None of it was you're fault. I'm the one who tried the trick, I'm the one who fell, I'm at fault."
Jack looked down at his shoes for a moment before coming closer to her bed. When he did look up, he eyed her arm cautiously.
"Jack, don't do that to yourself."
"I just- I don't know... I don't know what to say."
"I want to apologize to you."
"Now you're doing it to me," he gave a small grin.
"I ruined it all. All because I wanted to prove to you that I was better..."
"Better than what?"
"It's nothing."
"Better than what?" He repeated himself.
"Better than you thought I could be."
"In other words..." Jack smirked. He saw where this was going.
She sighed, not feeling as embarrassed anymore. "I was trying to show off."
"Say it again, I don't think everyone heard you."
"Jack." Elsa said, rolling her eyes.
"The good news is, she will be completely healed by the end of July." The doctor walked into the room, talking to Elsa's parents.
"Oh, I see you already have a visitor," the doctor commented.
Elsa nodded.
"Now, Elsa," the doctor started looking through his clipboard filled with papers. "You've managed to chip your wrist bones which will require a brace throughout the summer. The rest of your arm is mainly just badly bruised. Your arm will be tender for quite a few days so I recommend not using it for a while. After a week or two, depending on the healing process, you will have to practice using your arm and hand as much as you can to get the blood flowing smoothly. Do you have any questions?"
"Will I still be able to ice skate?"
"That depends. I recommend you take at least 3 weeks off before you get back on the ice. Your body needs to heal and the fastest way to do that is rest."
Elsa nodded slowly, looking down at her hands.
"I'll leave you with your family and friends. Oh!" He turned to Mrs. And Mr. Arendelle. "She needs to spend the night here. For medical reasons. We want to make sure the wrist bones are the only problem."
"We understand." Mrs. Arendelle answered.
The doctor nodded. "Alright. I have another patient to get to so if you'll excuse me." He left.
Elsa's parents looked at Jack. He got the message.
"So, I'll be on my way as well. Lots of... Stuff I have to do at home so, bye Elsa. It's a shame you got hurt and I hope you get better quickly." He bit his lip and left, making sure to say bye to her parents.

Jack could tell when he was not wanted, so he said his goodbyes and left. Elsa's sister was in the hall.
"Have you asked her yet?"
"Excuse me?"
"Asked her out yet, silly!"
"No, I haven't."
"Why not?"
"She doesn't feel that way towards me."
"How do you know?"
"I just know."
"Then you better get that checked, because you're wrong."
"How do you mean?" Jack was interested now.
"She talks about you all the time!"
"She does?"
"Well, you have to speak Elsa to understand."
"Speak Elsa? Did I miss that class in school? The only foreign language I took was Spanish."
Anna chuckled. "She doesn't talk about anyone unless she needs to. She talked to me about you when it isn't necessary. It's rare, but she does!"
"Is that suppose to make me feel better?"
"Elsa talked about you, little, but she did. That means you mean something to her."
"I'm not following."
"Ugh!" Anna threw her hands up in frustration. "In other words, if you ask her out, there's a 99% chance she'll say yes."
"Okay, nice talking to you, but like I told everyone else, I have stuff to get to."
"Okay, fine, brush me off and have fun with your stuff. But don't you dare brush Elsa off."
"Got it." Jack left before she could get another word out and got in his hot, stuffy car.
Asking Elsa out had crossed his mind before, but he wasn't sure it was the right step to take. He wasn't sure what Elsa wanted, or even himself for that matter.
He inserted the key and drove toward home, over thinking the Elsa situation way too much.
