kunpimook bhuwakul opened his eyes slowly, looking around in confusion. he was in the hospital, but why?
he felt a sharp, stinging pain in his head and whimpered softly, squeezing his eyes shut because of how badly he hurt. his cheeks also hurt, he felt his way around his mouth with his tongue, noticing his braces cut his cheeks up a bit.
he looked down at himself, his arms covered in bandages, along with his left leg in a cast. everywhere hurt so much, he wanted to go back to sleep until he stopped hurting.
bambam laid his head back down on the pillow, closing his eyes and letting out a pained sigh. before anything else, the door burst open with his mother and a doctor.
"oh my god, bambam!" his mother gasped, running over to his bed and tearing up. "what happened?" she asked, taking his hand and crying now.
"m-mom," bambam whimpered, tears stinging his own eyes now. "it hurts so much, it hurts,"
"i'm so sorry, baby," she said, huggimg him closer to her. bambam sniffled and hugged his mom back the best he could without hurting himself.
"i don't even remember what happened.." bambam said, pulling away and resting back onto the pillow.
"you were crossing a cross walk when it was your turn, and some truck turned when he had a red light and hit you." the doctor said, walking up and looking at the young boy.
"oh my god," his mother said, shaking her head. she stepped away so the doctor could examine him, tears still running down his cheeks.
"how do you feel?" the doctor asked.
"my whole body hurts," bambam sniffled again, closing his eyes from the pain.
"we'll get you some more medicine." the doctor smiled.
"what happened to him?" his mom asked.
"well, he's bruised and cut in a lot of places, he has a concussion, and he twisted his ankle. i'm sure his head hurts the most right now," the doctor said with a sympathetic tone, looking at the two.
"it hurts," bambam whispered. "where are my friends..? are they okay?"
"they're all waiting downstairs. are you sure your body can handle them right now? i can tell them to leave if you'd like." he smiled, looking at his expensive watch.
"i wanna see them.. but i wanna see them one at a time."
"alright," he smiled, turning around to walk out.
"i wanna see yugyeom last," bambam said softly, cheeks heating up at the name.
"okay, they'll be up soon."
not too long after, all of his friends had came and talked with him, maming sure he was okay and giving him little things.
youngjae brought him a bear plushy, jackson brought him candy, mark brought him food, jaebeom got him some roses, and jinyoung brought him brand new makeup.
bambam was snuggled up with all of his things when yugyeom finally came in, holding bambam's backpack.
"b-bambam," yugyeom said weakly, sitting on the bed with tears running down his face.
"hi." bambam mumbled, squeezing the bear plushy that youngjae brought. he hoped and prayed that he didn't look like an idiot, right in front of his crush.
"are you okay?" yugyeom frowned, setting the bag up on the bed.
"it hurts," bambam said softly, doing his best to sit upright and look at yugyeom.
