'You're late.'

You sighed and sat down infront of Draco.

'5 minutes.'

'Yeah. 5 minutes late.'

You rolled your eyes and grabbed your quill and some parchment. Draco focussed back on his book.

'Sorry.'

Draco looked up at you.

'What?'

'Sorry I was late. I was discussing something with Hermione.'

Draco didn't really know what to say. He didn't expect that you'd apologise to him.

'It's alright. Go find yourself a book about this potion. Isn't this like your second home?'

'Hogwarts is indeed my second home.' You said while getting up.

'I was talking about the libra-'

'Can't hear you!' You said while walking away.

Draco grinned and shook his head. You also smiled a little. You approached the bookshelf. You looked passed the books. You hated the fact the he was right. You knew exactly what you were looking for.

You walked back towards the table when you found it.

'That was quick.' Draco said. 'Told you this is your second home.'

You softly hit him against the back of his head. You saw him smile while you sat down. You opened the book and started looking through it.

Draco glanced up and watched you skip through the book. He was secretly enjoying working with you. Everything was better than working with Pansy. You looked up and Draco quickly looked back at his book.

You felt yourself blush a little.. what was going on? You also looked back at your book. Distracting yourself from what just happened.

'You see that guy over there?'

You looked up.

'There.' Draco said while pointing behind you.

You turned around and saw one of your fellow Ravenclaws completely stressing out.

'That's Pansys partner. She hasn't done anything during potions and hasn't done anything about the report yet.'

'Poor guy..'

'Compared to her, you're a good partner.'

'Didn't expect to get a compliment from you.'

'You're acting like I'm some sort of cold-blooded monster.'

'So you.. like aren't a cold-blooded monster?' You laughed.

Draco rolled his eyes but you swore you saw a smile. He looked back at his book.

You had been in the library for over an hour and you had one question left for the report, which you couldn't answer. You both had look through so many books.

'Let's just give up. We've been looking for this for ages!' You sighed.

'Wait...'

You looked at him.

'I think.. I've got it. Right here.'

You got up and walked over to him. You leaned past him to read it. Draco looked at you for a moment and watched you read.

'Bloody hell, you really do! Let's write it down and then we're done.'

You sat back down.

'Y/N. Here you are.'

You turned around and saw Hermione.

'I did tell you Dra-Malfoy and I had to work on our potions homework.'

'I know.. we just didn't know where and we were in a rush. You need to come with me.'

'You're lucky we just finished.' You smiled. 'Don't forget to bring your part next lesson.'

'I won't.'

You got up and grabbed your stuff.

'Bye.' You smiled.

You followed Hermione out of the library.

'You and Draco seem.. friendly.' She said.

'There's no point in fighting all the time if you work together. He's not that bad.' You said. 'What's up?'

Hermione took you into an empty corridor. Harry and Ron were there.

'Harry decided to teach us. Today we've started Dumbledore's army. All you need to do is write your name on the list.'

You looked at Harry, who handed you a list. You saw quite a few names on there.

'Harry, that's amazing! Of course I'll join.'

You reached for your quill and added your name at the bottom. You handed the paper back to Harry.

'This is going to be great. As long as Umbridge doesn't find out.' You said.

'We'll make sure she won't.' Ron said. 'We have to.'

'All we have to do is find a room to practise.' Hermione said.

'I'm sure we'll find something soon.' You smiled. 'This is truly amazing.. and exciting.'

'It really is! We're finally going to l learn how to defend ourselves!' Hermione smiled.

You were very excited. Finally learning defensive spells was exactly what you needed. Hanging out with friends and practising magic.. it sounded like an amazing idea.

As long as nothing interfered with your guys it might actually be the thing that defears voldemort one day. Although that seemed to be ages away.

Your parents couldn't find out. They'd literally kill you. They don't want you to be a death eater because you're not "worthy" of being one, but they also didn't want you to fight against him. It was a difficult situation.

'Guys, here you are.'

You all looked up and saw Ginny.

'Neville found a place.' Cho said.

You all quickly joined the group and followed Neville. He took you to the seventh floor and before you knew it, a large door in one of the walls appeared. You looked at it in awe.

'Neville.. You found the room of requirement.' Hermione said.

You walked passed everyone inside. You looked around and smiled.

'This is perfect! No one will find us here.' You smiled.

You turned back to the group who also walked inside.

'I think we found our place.' Harry smiled. 'Well done, Neville.'

He smiled. Luna smiled at him too.

'So when do we start?' Fred asked.

'Right now.' Hermione smiled. 'Everyone is here. Let's go!'

Harry looked at the group. He seemed a little nervous. You walked over to him.

'You can do it, Harry. We need you.'

He smiled and stepped forwards.

'Okay everyone. Let's get started.'
