Victoria's P.O.V

2 days without talking to Calum has passed and honestly, it feels like hell. Why do I even care though? He cheated on me. After one damn argument he calls Destiny and next thing you know he's forgotten all about me. The thing that hurts the most is my house is right across the street and he did something with her less than 20 seconds away from me.

Calum and I are still together, I honestly don't know why I haven't broken up with him. I can't bring myself to even look outside at his house.

He's called plenty of times, texted a few and he even came over twice. Whenever he came over I told my mom to tell him I was asleep or not home, I know he didn't believe it but whenever she gave him an excuse he would leave anyway.

It's been hard at school considering we have 2 classes together. Occasionally I would catch him staring at me but he never tried talking to me. I respect that.

I need time to think, time to decide what the hell I'm gonna do about this. I want to be with him. Hell, I can't imagine myself being happy without him, but he cheated on me and I don't know how easily I can forgive that.

babe please talk to me

I sigh at the message from Calum, reading it and not responding. My read receipts are off so thankfully he doesn't know I've been purposely ignoring him.

I need time to put my thoughts and feelings together, I'm hurt, upset, and angry all at the same time. Before I even think of talking to him I need to figure out how I feel about this.

--

3 more days pass and I still haven't talked to him. Sometimes I would come close but I pushed myself away, not wanting to talk to him just yet.

But now I'm ready.

I push myself off my couch, knowing it's now or never. I'm glad I already showered because if I didn't I would look a complete mess.

Not bothering to change from my shorts and sweater, I just walk over to his house.

Once I'm at his front door, I close my eyes and take a deep breath. Finally I build up the courage and knock on his door, and I'm completely shocked when I see her.

--

"Destiny?" I ask. My heart begins to beat faster and faster by the second and I feel like I'm gonna pass out.

"Hey babe." She gives me a devilish smile and I choke back the lump in my throat.

"I want to talk to Calum." I push past her not bothered by her rude remarks and I stomp up the stairs. I hear Calum in his room and before i can stop myself, I'm storming it.

"Damn it Destiny it took you long enou-" He pauses when he notices who it really is. Me.

"Oh, hey." He turns back around and climbs into the bed.

"Oh, hey? That's all you have to say?"

"What else can I say?"

"Oh, I don't know, an 'I'm sorry' would've been much better." I press my lips together and fight the tears coming.

"Don't act like I didn't fucking try, Victoria."

"So you did cheat on me, and you were gonna cheat on me again if I hadn't came over."

"Isn't that obvious?" He scowls. What the hell is wrong with him. How could he be doing this? Am I dreaming?

"I thought you said you loved me." I say hardly over a whisper.

"It's so easy to lie when you say 3 simple little words, Victoria."

My eyes grow wide as Destiny pushes past me into Calum's room.

I look so dumb, just standing here not even saying anything, and then the door slams in my face.
