Unpredictable: Calum Hood fanfiction

Chapter 38

Victoria's P.O.V

I run towards my dining room and pick up my phone off the table. As soon as I turn around I notice Calum is still laying on the ground and staring at the ceiling. As I approach him, it seems as though his eyes are rolled all the way back in his head. Once I get closer, he scares the living shit out of me.

He starts shaking. His whole body is out of control and I drop my phone and on to my knees and try to hold him still. Then I actually realize what's happening.

He's having a seizure.

I've witnessed a few seizures in my short life, so luckily I knew what to do. I flip Calum onto his side so he doesn't choke and grip onto his arm tightly so he doesn't get hurt himself. I reach for my phone and quickly dial the police and wait for them to answer. As soon as I hear someone pick up, I don't even let them start.

"My boyfriend is having a seizure, you need to send someone fast."

My voice is in panic mode and it seems like I keep zoning in and out.

"Ma'am, are you there? What's your address?"

I give the dispatcher my address and stay on the phone with her while I wait for an ambulance to arrive.

A few minutes pass and I finally hear the sirens, and luckily Calum has stopped shaking like crazy. I check on him real fast before I open the door and allow everyone in.

I quickly call my mum and wait anxiously for her to answer.

"Hello?" My mum answers.

"Mum, Calum just had a seizure so I'm going to ride in the ambulance with him to make sure everything is okay. I'll be home after you get off work. Love you."

I don't even let my mum reply. I end the call and climb into the back of the ambulance with Calum.

At the hospital I'm forced to stay in the waiting room while they try to figure out what exactly happened to cause this. It was so out of no where. My whole world feels like its collapsing. I already texted all mine and Calum's friends to let them know what's up, and Luke had told me he was gonna come wait in the hospital with me.

As soon as I see him I bolt out of my seat and run into a hug. I ran so fast I nearly knocked him over. I can't help the tears that are pouring and I'm sure Luke doesn't mind. All he does is rub my back and tell me it'll be fine.

"What happened?" He finally asks after I've calmed down.

"I don't know. He stayed the night but woke up super early, and when he came back from smoking he said he felt really sick. We went to get him water and next thing I know he's telling me he needs to lay down, and then he started shaking."

We walk back to the seats as a doctor approaches us.

"Are you Mr. Hood's girlfriend?"

"Yeah, I am, is he okay?"

"We still aren't exactly sure what caused the seizure, but he's fine right now. We want to keep him over night just to be safe."

"Okay, well can I go talk to him?"

The doctor nods and helps me find my way to Calum's room. As soon as I see him I run into his arms and kiss all over his face.

"Babe." Is all he can whisper and I don't even care that I'm being a little over the top. I finally kiss his lips and he gladly kisses me back. I hear Luke scoff from behind me.

"Get a room."

"We're in a room, fuck face." Calum disses and kisses my forehead.

"I love you." Is all I can say as tears threaten to start pouring again.

"Hey, hey, I'm fine. Don't cry. I'm here. But I love you too."

"I thought I was gonna lose you."

"You're never gonna lose me, I'm always gonna be here. You and I." He whispers.

"You and I."

Sorry it's a lot shorter than I wanted!! It was originally a lot longer but I split the chapter in half because the second half worked better as a separate chapter. I'll have that chapter up within the next few days hopefully. Love u long time
