Victoria's P.O.V

Day 3. Calum and I have been separated for 3 days. Neither of us actually said we were breaking up, but I'm pretty sure it's obvious that's what he wanted, and if that's what he wants that's what he'll get. I don't need him anyway, he was just bad news. I let myself get trapped in his game but now I realize that was dumb, I was dumb, but I can only learn from my mistakes.

--

Day 6. Almost a week without him and I find myself getting more and more upset. Why the hell am I upset? I can live without him. I don't need him. He doesn't need me.

--

Day 8. 8 days and now I'm blaming myself. I don't understand why, because it's obvious this is all on him. Maybe if I wouldn't had accused him of hurting me that one night he wouldn't have cheated the first time. Maybe this is my fault. Why did I have to fuck this all up?

--

Day 11. Nearly 2 weeks and I can't handle it anymore. I hate seeing myself so upset over a guy. How pathetic is that? I can tell my friends and mother have noticed, because I catch them always trying to be around at normal times they wouldn't.

--

By the 14th day I lose it. It's late on a Saturday night and I'm home alone, and I absolutely fucking lose it. I crouch down against the wall, bringing my legs close up to my chest and I just fucking sob. It hurts most because, I got so attached to that boy. I don't know why or how, but I did. I fell for him so fucking hard and for all I know he's out fucking Destiny.

My chest starts to hurt and I'm shaking through the tears. I can feel my head starting to pound and I just want to disappear. I want to stop feeling so upset, especially over a boy.

I'm so glad my mom isn't home for the night, that leaves me to do whatever the fuck I want.

I push myself up from the floor, shaking on my legs when I'm fully standing. Soon enough I'm standing in front of the fridge, and I grab the handle to the cabinet above. All the bottles of alcohol stare at me and I debate which one I want.

I grab the bottle of Vodka that's half empty, and a cup from the cabinet beside it. I feel so dumb, am I really about to get shit faced because of a heartbreak?

Yes.

I pour a drink and quickly chug it, and next thing I know more than half of what was left is gone.

It takes a few minutes for the alcohol to kick in. I don't realize I'm drunk till I stand up and nearly fall down. My whole body feels light yet so heavy, my head feels cloudy and my eyes are low.

I feel numb.

I grab my phone from off my counter and start looking through it. As I walk into the living room, I bump into every possible thing before I'm at the couch.

I check twitter and instagram, then I look at some vines that make me laugh way harder than I should be.

I start scrolling through my messages and I land on Calum's name. I tell myself I shouldn't, but before the thought processes I'm already reading all our messages. Some of my favorites including;

"Wake up I'm bored and horny

Totally meant hungry wtf

Jk no I didn't"

"I just saw a really ugly bird while driving and I thought of you, guess that shows how I really feel about you."

"Hey you're ugly"

"I'm texting you while driving so if I die just know you're still ugly"

-

I sigh at all the texts and lock my phone. To avoid thinking about Calum even more, I stumble into the kitchen and pour the last bit of vodka. I'm surprised by how much left there is, there's at least 4 shots worth in my glass. I take a deep breath and chug the cup, followed by a drink of lemonade to get the horrific taste out of my mouth.

My arms start to feel light and everything is so much funnier than it really is. Every bad idea seems like a good idea and I honestly feel great.

I'm so drunk it's beginning to scare me.

I check the time and notice it's only 11:30. Wow. 11:30 and I can't feel my face. I'm gonna feel like absolute shit in the morning.

I grab my phone again and call Ashton, hoping he picks up.

"Hello?" The voice speaks.

"Hey," I pause to hiccup "Hey, Ash."

"Tori are you drunk?"

"What!? No, not at all. I'm lying, yes I am. I'm so fucking drunk, Ashton."

"I can tell. Are you alright?" Concern is clear in his voice and I squint my eyes as if he can really see me.

"Yes, I'm completely fine."

"Do you want me to come over?"

"What? no you live like, 25 minutes away."

"Well..." He stops talking and I hiccup again.

"What?"

"I'm at Calum's right now."

"Oh." I quickly hang up the phone and click the lock button.

I stand up straight and walk into the living room, plopping down on the couch and sighing.

I miss Calum.

I miss him so fucking much and I just want to talk to him about everything. I need to talk to him about everything. It's been 2 fucking weeks and I feel myself growing more desperate.

He obviously doesn't care though, so why should I?

I'm interrupted from my depressing thoughts when someone knocks at the front door.

I push hard at the couch, feeling like I'm gonna fall over as soon as I stand. I fall into the door and fumble while trying to unlock it.

Why did I let myself get this drunk.

I open the door and hiccup again.

"Ashton, I told you that I'm fi-"

I stop in the middle of my sentence and my heart stops. My eyes grow wide and my body instantly feels heavy.

"Calum?"
