Avalon's P.O.V
I blinked harshly, trying to focus on one thing.
My mind was hazy and colors distorted, just like on that night back in LA.
The night that could have possibly ruined my life.
I couldn't really tell where the road was, due to not only the alcohol, but the tears that flooded my eyes.
I had never seen her so mad before.
And to think it was directed at me. I made her feel that kind of anger.
There was only one place I knew I would be able to stay.
At my mom's place.
I reached for my phone and before I could pull up her number, a thought came into my head. One I wouldn't regret.
I went to my contact list and changed the name that was 'Mom' to Jessica.
I then opened the contact labeled Mrs. Lee and began to change it.
M.
O.
Before my finger could touch the last letter, an intense amount of pressure slammed into me.

Finneas' P.O.V
Watching Billie parade around like everything was fine, was painful to witness.
Even though she had a smile on her face while greeting fans, you could see the pain within her eyes.
Unless that was just a thing you notice when you live with someone all their life..
I am not completely sure what even happened, but I am almost positive it had something to do with Avalon.
I hadn't seen her since she went back to sleep the other day...
And Cierra..
Cierra came to visit me earlier to ask how I was.
She is such a caring soul..
I grabbed my phone and dialled the familiar number, listening to it ring.
I just needed to hear her voice.
She picked up a little later than usual which was strange because she is always on her phone.
Always.
"H-hey babe." She sounded hesitant, scared even.
"Hey what's up?" I asked her.
"Nothing much... Listen, I really have to go right now - family stuff. Um I will see you tonight?" Her words seemed rushed and her breathing irregular through the phone.
"Yeah, yeah everything okay?" I asked skeptically.
"Peachy." She responded before the line went dead.
What just happened?

Cierra's P.O.V
After hanging up with Finneas, I continued my sprint.
I had gotten a call from the hospital stating that a patient was admitted and I was the only name listed as an emergency contact.
Growing up, Avalon went through that rebellious stage in life and if she got hurt, she wanted someone she trusted other than her parents to be called.
She knew I would yell at her for being an idiot but it was better than getting grounded.
Back in eighth grade, anything was better than getting grounded.
As soon as I heard the news, I burned rubber, racing against time to make it to her.
----------------------
After a long argument with the receptionist, I ran to the room number I was given.
On my way there, I phoned Aiden and shared the news with him, he was also on his way.
Poor guy was already stressed stressed about being a parent and now his long lost sister almost died?
Knowing I wouldn't be leaving her side at all, I sent a text to Finneas explaining that something extremely important and serious had come up and I couldn't go to the show.
Ofcourse him being the best fucking boyfriend in the world, he understood and wished me a good night.
I don't deserve him...
Focusing on the task at hand, I continued down the hall until I approached her room and opened it without so much as a knock.
There she was.
Lying there.
Not to be rude but she looked terrible. Her fair skin was a lot paler and her eyes had gray circles around them.
She looked roughed up.
I stood there, looking at her face until she woke up.
As kids, the way to wake Ava was to watch her. She somehow sensed eyes on her and she woke up not long after.
This time however was different.
She was unresponsive.
"She isn't going to answer." I heard a masculine voice call out.
I turned to see her doctor standing in the doorway, wincing slightly.
"She will.. Give her a second." I replied slowly, not quite believing the statement myself.
I turned back to my friend, watching her carefully for any signs of movement.
I felt a palm on my shoulder soon after.
He cleared his throat.
"Ms. Hayes is on life support ma'am..."
