Surprise.
Excitement.
Fear.
Sadness.
That is how I felt once i received the letter.

The first few words.
It was everything i had hoped yet it was everything I feared.
What am I going to tell the others.
I was going to go to college and to do so, i would need to leave everyone I know. I would have to pack up and move to another state. No matter how much I didn't want to leave, I knew it was what was necessary to my education.
I guess I'm going to Massachusetts.

Avalon's P.O.V.
"Hey." I greeted nervously, tugging on the loose thread of my sweatshirt.
"Thank you for the birthday gift, it uh - meant a lot."
Still silence.
"Look, I'm sorry for the way I acted, it was wrong and I shouldn't have left you."
"I've been thinking lately, and I think we might be able to give it another shot..." I trailed off nervously.
A smile made it's way onto their face.
"I knew you'd come around."

Billie's P.O.V.
Avalon hadn't responded to my message and I was stressed.
I had given her a good two days but all I saw was the read sign.
She left me on read...
This made me super nervous.
Was it too much? Was it too little? Ugh I'm so fucking stupid.
Nothing I did lately seemed to go right. Ever since she left me everything has fallen apart!
I ended up hitting a nearby table.
I winced at the contact.
What is wrong with me?
"Hey Bil. Danny wants to talk to us, he's in the living room." Finneas called, outside my bedroom door.
I reluctantly ripped myself from the comfort of my bed and trudged into the living room.
Upon arriving, it wasn't only my manager's face I was met with.
It was a girl.
All eyes landed on me as I entered.
"Sup." I greeted plopping down on the couch.
I attempted to maintain the "I'm okay" facade.
"Billie. I want you to meet someone." Danny started. "Billie this is my assistant Josie, and Josie, this is my client Billie."
Josie smiled warmly at me, reaching her hand out for me to take.
I didn't know how I felt about having another person manage my life, I was stressed enough as it is.
"It's a pleasure to finally meet you Billie." She greeted.

Autumn's P.O.V.
I danced along the sidewalk, basking in the musical art that is Billie Eilish.
"Just say that I'm not your preferred sexual orientation..." I sang, allowing the words to flow out of me naturally.
Honestly I wasn't extremely surprised about the song dropping because it's Billie - being spontaneous is regular.
It probably wasn't too good of an idea for me to be walking alone so late at night but I didn't care.
I was enjoying myself.
I had this strange feeling within myself, causing me to turn around quickly.
After meeting nothing but air, I forced myself to take a deep breath and continue to listen to MY song.
And then.
Autumn was nowhere to be seen.
