Ninja Kiba x Princess reader /Part 2

Kiba's POV

The days were really enjoyable here.

I had the chance to see every single flower from close, smell its unique odor and touch it. Some were really soft and some really hard or impossible to touch due to their many thorns. Still, I enjoyed every single minute here.

(Y/n) was an enjoyable company too. Although I think that I liked her the most because she has the same passion for flowers like me. She was the one that explained every single flower that was in the garden to me. She was the one that told me everything I needed to know about them. She was the one that made me enjoy my days here the most.

I can say that she is very clever. She doesn't know everything, but still she knows things that no one else knows. She thinks like no one else does. She looks at me like no one else have dated to. She is amazing at her own way. She is someone that can make the most boring thing, the most interesting one. She is someone that I have come to like a lot the passed days.

A true princess.

-"Kiba! Do you want to go a walk?"

Her sweet voice asked me making me look at her direction. She stood beside me, a soft smile on her lips as her (e/c) eyes looked at me impatiently. The place around me immediately started smelling like roses. That was her smell. That's how she smells. I don't know how or why, but she smells like my favorite flower even if she isn't wearing any flowers on her today.

-"I will call the others." I said as I stood up.

-"No!" she said stopping me.
-"I want to show something only to you."

I looked at her curious, but I agreed anyway. It's not like I am scared that they will attack us. As long as Akamaru and I are with her, she has nothing to fear.

-"Follow me." she said smiling and started walking in the palace.

I followed her curious as I was careful to be quiet, since I didn't want the others to catch us. She walked passed the living room and the dining room reaching the door that lead to the basement. She opened it and entered with Akamaru and me following close. The place was darker, but thanks to my good smell I could still follow (Y/n). After a little we stopped in front of a wall and she turned to look at me.

-"You have to promise me that you will keep this a secret." she told me serious.

It was the first time that she was so serious. The passed days she had showed a sweet and lovable side. So I was surprised when I heard her serious voice.

-"I promised." I told her serious.

She nodded her head and touched the wall at a specific place. The wall opened like a door. From the inside faint light was coming. We walked inside slowly and the door behind us closed. When my eyes got used to the light, I was left speechless. In front of me was a garden, not big enough like the one that was in front of the palace, but still it was big.

Flowers that I have never seen nor was at the garden above, was here growing everywhere. Beautiful and unique colors, shapes that I haven't even imagined. It was really amazing. However, my eyes went on a specific flower. At the middle of this little paradise stood a bush with rainbow roses. I have never seen something like that. It was so beautiful that you didn't dare to touch it, scared that it might get destroyed.

-"Do you like it?" (Y/n) asked me smiling.

-"I love it!" I said amazed looking around.
-"But why this place is hidden?"

-"Those flowers are unique." she said as she started walking.
-"Each one of them has fantastic healing powers or deadly poisons."

-"So you keep them here so no one can have them." I said as I followed her.

-"Yes. They are so unique." she said and stopped in front of the bush with the rainbow rose.
-"This rose is magical you know."

-"How?" I asked her curious.

-"If I make a drop of my blood fall on it, it will automatically count my life and it will die once I die too."

I was left amazed as I was looking at the flowers. Such beautiful flowers, but with such a dark reason to use them.

-"I wool give you one." she said smiling as she looked at me.
-"So you can remember me."

-"You don't need to!" I said immediately as I blushed.

-"I want to, because you are someone I have come to like. So I want you to have something special from me."

I was left there blushing more more as I was looking at her. In the mean time, she cut one of those roses and made her blood touch it. After that, it glowed for a, second before it returned to each normal rainbow color.

-"Here." she said smiling giving it to me.
-"But don't tell anyone that I gave it to you. It's a secret."

I smiled softly before taking it in my hand. I brought close to my nose smelling it softly. Surprisingly it smelled like (Y/n). I was expecting a different odor, since it was unique, but it seems I was wrong.

-"It smells like you. That will remind me more of you." I said smiling at her.

Her cheeks became a little red from embarrassed, but she didn't let it affect her. She walked near me and kissed me on the cheek sweetly, making me blush more than before.

-"Let's go. Father will be back soon." she said smiling as she started walking away.

I stayed there looking at her back surprised and flustered. I wasn't expecting what she did, but for some reason I wanted more of it. I wanted more of her touch. So, I can leave and continue smelling like her, continue having her sweet rosy smell on me.

Continue remembering her.

-"Thank you for taking care of my daughter." the king said to my team.

-"You are welcome. After all, nothing happened as you were missing." Shino said politely.

My eyes turned to (Y/n) that was standing beside her father. She looked really beautiful. A very pretty flower that you are scared of touching, because it may got destroyed. A flower that I can't have, but I can continue smelling due to the gift that she gave me earlier.

-"I hope I will see you again." her sweet voice to the whole team, but her eyes were looking at me.

-"We may come for holidays. I hope we are allowed to enter." I told her smiling.

-"Of course you are." she said with a sweet smile making Akamaru to bark happily.

-"See you around."

Those were my last words before I started walking away with my team. I am sure her eyes were on me, as my mind was on her as well. Maybe I won't have the chance to see her again soon, but I will have the chance to remember her smell very well. Remember the memories we did together, the small conversation we had, the small feelings that grew around her more.

Remember everything.
