Chapter 30

Marami pang pinuntahan sila Jan at Hanz that day.

They went to a Theme park, they watched a movie, and had a fancy dinner.

They were so happy and in love. Everything is just so perfect for the two.

From days, to weeks, and months....

Their hearts are still filled with happiness and love. Together with their family and friends, their relationship is still strong.

They had fights, but they face and solve it together.

They had sorrows, but they never left each other, instead, they stayed on each other's side.

Everyday of their life is worth it.

Napagdesisyonan nila Jan at Hanz na mag camping.
They walked for almost an hour para makarating lang sa tuktok ng bundok.

But their sweats were worth it dahil sa ganda ng view mula sa taas ng bundok.
You can see the wide forest, the beautiful sky and the wind felt so good when it hits their skins.

During night, makikita nila ang sobrang gandang view ng night sky. They can clearly see the stars, the perfect circle of the moon, and fireflies flying around like series of Christmas lights.

It was so perfect.

"Baby? Do you love me?"
Napatingin si Jan sa boyfriend dahil sa tanong nito.

Jan is lying down on Hanz's lap, while nakaupo naman ang kanyang boyfriend.

Hanz's is just looking straight at the night sky.

"Psh! What kind of question is that? Of course I love you Baby!"
Jan just grinned at him and looked back at the stars.

"Good."
That's all he said, at inalis na ang pagkakahiga ni Jan sa kanyang lap at tumayo.

"Where are you going Baby?"

"Tawag ng kalikasan Baby, sama ka?"
Tumawa ng mahina si Hanz kaya napatawa na din si Jan sa biro niya.

"AHAHAH! Siraulo. Alis ka na nga!"
Jan waved her hand to him na naghihiwatig na umalis na.

When Hanz walked away to do his 'thing', binalik niya na rin ang kanyang atensyon sa kalangitan.

The stars are sparkling like the fireflies flying around.

She looked at the round moon that gives light to their romantic night.

Minutes had passed, pero hindi parin bumabalik si Hanz.
She's worried now, naiwan pa naman ni Hanz ang cellphone niya.

She looks around the forest, but it is too dark because of the big trees blocking the light from the moon.

It's getting colder too.

Hinagod niya ang magkabilang braso para painitin ang sarili.

Gusto niyang sundan si Hanz but she's scared.

She kept waiting for minutes.

Until she saw a yellow light in the forest, like a candle light.

Mas lumalapit pa ang ilaw papunta sa kanya, kaya medyo kinakabahan na siya.

Until she can see the person who's holding the candle light. No scratch that.
It was a lamp!

And Hanz was holding the lamp.

She felt so relieved dahil si Hanz lang pala ito, akala niya kung sino na.

But there is something wrong.

Hanz is looking at her seriously with hope in his eyes.

"Are you okay Baby?"
Instead of answering her, lumapit lang si Hanz sa kanya and knelt down on his knees kaya nagkapantay na sila ng tingin dahil naka upo parin ang dalaga.

"Jan Alethea, you are the only girl that I loved and the only girl that I will always love. When we were still in high school ,it took me a long time to realize that I love you back then, I was so happy. And now, I am even happier to be with you again. To be with the love of my life. And I love this feeling, this love you have for me, and I want to feel this forever, I want to be with you forever.
So Jan Alethea...

Will you marry me?"

Hanz took a small white box on his pocket and opened it.

There, a small but very beautiful diamond ring is placed.

It is like a star. A twinkling star.

So perfect and beautiful.

Jan was speechless. Hindi niya inaasahan ang ginawa ni Hanz.
She was worried dahil akala niya kung ano na ang nangyari sa kanya, may plano pala ito.

But listening to him makes her happy and loved.

"Hanz...Oh My God! Yes! I will marry you Baby!!"

Agad na yinakap ni Jan si Hanz, tears of joy fell from their eyes.
Their perfect night has become even special.

When they let go from their hug, Hanz took the ring out of the box and slowly puts it on Jan's finger.

The ring fits perfectly on her.

"I love you Baby."
Hanz said before kissing Jan on her lips passionately.

"I love you too Baby. Thank you."

The next day, they went home with wide smiles on their faces.

Inabangan pa talaga ng pamilya nila Jan at Hanz ang kanilang pagbabalik, pati ang mga kaibigan nila ay nasa bahay nila Jan.

Alam na kasi nila ang plano ni Hanz na mag propose kay Jan. Humingi ng basbas si Hanz mula sa kanilang mga magulang. And their friends supported him too.

They just kept it as a secret from Jan.

"Congratulations!"
Bati nilang lahat sa dalawang mag fiancé na kalalabas lang ng sasakyan.

May pa confetti pa nga ang kanilang mga kaibigan eh.

"WOW! Thank you everyone!"
Jan thanked everyone! While Hanz just gave them a very wide smile.

Nagbigay galang na din sila sa kanilang mga magulang, sa kanilang Mother and Father in-laws.

"Thank you po Mama, Papa, Tita, and Tito, for everything."
Jan thanked their parents. Naluha pa nga siya ng yakapin ang pamilya niya. She is very thankful to have such a beautiful family and friends.

"Congratulations!"
Pag-greet naman ng kanilang mga kaibigan, pati na rin si Myles at Justin.

"Thank you guys!"
Pasasalamat ulit ni Jan sa mga kaibigan.

"Thanks for everything guys! I wouldn't have done it without you all!"
Pasasalamat din naman ni Hanz sa lahat dahil sa tulong nila.

Now, everything is settled.
