### Episode 2
It was break time, and what should have been a moment of reprieve turned into another challenging part of an already tough day. I sat with Jungkook, feeling the irritation boil up inside me as usual—his fan girls were making me mad.
"Hana, why aren't you eating?" Jungkook asked, concern etched on his face.
"Are you serious, Jungkook? How can I eat, huh? Is this life? Seriously?" I snapped, unable to contain my anger.
"Aigoo, my Hana, why are you so angry, huh?" he asked lovingly, his voice always having the magical effect of melting my anger.
"It's my birthday, and I had a fight with my eomma. Then there's Kim Taehyung—I just don't like him. Hani eonni didn't wish me, as always. I'm so unlucky. And you, Jeon Jungkook, you didn't do anything special for me," I vented rapidly, the words tumbling out in a rush of frustration.
"Woah, woah, woah, chill, girl. It's life, and anything can happen. You're a strong girl. That's just a little thing, okay? And you know that your eonni loves you! And your bunny too!" Jungkook said, trying to soothe me.
"Bunny?" I asked, confused.
"Eh, nothing," he quickly deflected.
"Ooooh, so Jeon Jungkookie calls himself Bunny. Aww, how cute. I know my Bunny loves me," I teased, pinching his chubby cheeks.
"Aaaahhh, it hurts! It hurts!" he shouted, but our moment was abruptly ruined.
"What are you doing with him, Ahn Ha Na?" Lisa, the school's cold yet beautiful girl, interrupted, her voice dripping with arrogance.
"Whatever!" I ignored her, not wanting to engage.
"Nobody can ignore Lisa. You know me, right?" she insisted arrogantly.
"Who said that? And who cares?" I retorted, my patience wearing thin.
"You," she pointed her index finger at me.
"Stop here, Lisa-shi. Not a single word more," Jungkook interjected rudely, standing up for me.
"But Jungkook—" she tried to argue, but Jungkook cut her off.
"I said not a single word about her. For your very kind information, she can say anything to me and do anything with me. Get it? Now go!" Jungkook's tone was firm, and it was clear he wouldn't tolerate any more.
"I won't forget this," Lisa warned, her voice laced with venom.
"And yeah, I don't care," Jungkook responded coolly.
"Woah, Kookie-ya, that was cool," I appreciated his intervention.
"Idk, Hana, it makes me mad when someone says rubbish about you," he admitted, his face serious.
"Idk how I bear your mother," he murmured under his breath.
"Wh-what?" I asked, not sure I heard him correctly.
"No-nothing," he stuttered, clearly flustered.
"Well, I think we should go. Everyone is watching us, and I don't like it," I said, wanting to escape the stares.
"Hey, Hana-ya, after school. @7 o'clock, my home, okay?" he told me.
"Okay," I answered with a smile, feeling slightly better.
---
After school, I went to the rooftop to relax. Just when I thought I could find some peace, I felt someone beside me. Turning around, I found Kim Taehyung standing there.
