**Ahn Ha Na's Home**
Returning home from her successful job interview, Hana was brimming with joy. She walked in, eager to share her good news. The house was quiet; Yeonjun was out, Soobin was engrossed in his video games, and her mother was preoccupied with household chores. Hana approached her mother from behind, wrapping her arms around her and resting her chin on her shoulder.
"Eomma-yaa!" she murmured, her voice filled with excitement.
Her mother looked up, a smile forming on her face. "Hana? You seem happy. What's going on?"
"I got the job, Eomma! I'm officially employed," Hana exclaimed, her voice bubbling with joy.
Her mother's eyes sparkled with pride as she enveloped Hana in a warm embrace. "I'm so thrilled for you!" she shouted, calling out to Soobin and Yeonjun.
Soobin quickly emerged from his room, curiosity piqued. "What's all the commotion about?"
"Hana has secured a job!" their mother announced.
Soobin's face lit up with happiness. He hugged Hana tightly, his excitement palpable. "Congratulations, Noona! I knew you could do it," he said, making Hana smile.
"Where's Yeonjun?" their mother inquired, looking around.
"I'm not sure, Eomma. Last time he texted me, he was out with friends. I don't know why he hasn't come home yet," Soobin replied.
"It's nearly 8 p.m. It's getting late," their mother said anxiously.
Hana tried to reassure her. "Eomma, don't worry. Yeonjun is grown up now. It's normal for him to be out. He's a man, and he and my brothers are doing great," she said, offering a supportive high-five to Soobin. Despite her words, she could see the worry etched on her mother's face.
After dinner, their mother was in the kitchen washing dishes. Yeonjun still hadn't returned, and Soobin continued to try calling him with no success. Hana went to the kitchen to comfort her mother.
"Eomma, don't worry. He's a grown-up. You know—"
"Jungkook was also a grown-up, Hana-ya. He was the same age as Yeonjun," her mother interjected, her voice trembling.
Hana froze, her heart sinking at the mention of Jungkook. She knew her mother's anxiety was rooted in the past.
"I'm sorry, Eomma. I'm going to my room now. Please let me know when Yeonjun gets back. I'm tired," Hana said, excusing herself.
Just then, Yeonjun walked in.
"Choi Yeonjun, where have you been?" their mother scolded.
"I'm sorry, Eomma. I was out with friends, and my phone died," Yeonjun explained.
Their mother was about to speak further, but Hana intervened. "Yeonjun, next time, please keep us informed. It's not right to make Eomma worry. Understood?"
Yeonjun, visibly embarrassed, nodded. "Yes, Noona. I'm sorry, Eomma. I won't do it again."
"Alright. Now go to your room and study hard. Your exams are coming up. Hwaiting!" Hana encouraged him.
"Hwaiting!" Yeonjun replied, his spirits lifted.
"And by the way, your Noona got a job," Hana added with a smile.
"Really? Congratulations, Noona!" Yeonjun said, genuinely happy for her.
"Thanks. Now go," Hana replied.
As Hana retreated to her room, she felt a mix of relief and exhaustion and quickly fell asleep.

**Taehyung's Perspective**
In the dead of night, Taehyung found himself jolted awake from a haunting nightmare. The screams and pleas from a girl echoed in his mind, leaving him unsettled. He paced his balcony, gazing up at the starry sky, trying to make sense of the familiar yet distressing voice from his dreams.
"Who are you? Why do I keep hearing your voice and your screams? I know your voice is familiar, but I don't understand what's happening. I don't know," he murmured to himself, the uncertainty weighing heavily on him.

**The Next Day**
"Hana-ya, breakfast is ready! You're going to be late," her mother called from downstairs.
"Ne, Eomma! I'm coming," Hana replied, her voice laced with determination.
She joined her family for breakfast, feeling like a child being sent off to school on her first day. Her family treated her with a mix of pride and affection, making her feel cherished as she prepared for her new job.

**Ahn Ha Na's First Day at Kim Industries**
Despite her nervousness, Hana steeled herself with confidence. She entered the towering Kim Industries building, awed by its grandeur. A receptionist guided her to the 28th floor, where she was told to wait. A young woman, who looked to be around Hana's age, introduced herself.
"Hello, I'm Ho Soo-min. I'll be guiding you today. Mr. Kang instructed me to bring you to the Daepu-nim when he's available," Soo-min said, extending her hand.
"Hana Ahn. Nice to meet you," Hana replied, shaking Soo-min's hand.
"Nice to meet you too. You can wait in my office," Soo-min offered.
Hana accepted, and they proceeded to Soo-min's office. After about fifteen minutes, Soo-min received a call.
"Hana-ssi, Daepu-nim is now available. He's expecting you. Do you know the way?" Soo-min asked.
Hana nodded, her heart racing. She walked to the office, the door already ajar. As she stepped inside, she saw a man standing by the window, his back to her. The moment felt surreal, and she couldn't see his face.
"Annyeonghaseyo, Daepu-nim," Hana said, bowing respectfully.
The man turned slowly, and Hana's breath caught in her throat. The face that emerged was unmistakably familiar—Kim Taehyung. The man she once knew and loved had transformed. Gone were the glasses and braces; he was now strikingly handsome.
"Ahn Ha Na, it's been a long time," Taehyung said, his tone cold.
Hana struggled to find her words. "Ye-yes, it has been a while, Tae—"
"Don't use my name so casually, Miss Ahn. I didn't realize Mr. Kang would appoint someone like you as my assistant," Taehyung interrupted, his voice harsh.
He walked closer, bending down to her eye level, his gaze icy. "Daepu-nim, for you, Miss Ahn," he said, his tone conveying a clear message.
