**Kim Industries**
The news of Mr. Kim's passing had cast a somber shadow over the company. It was Taehyung's first day as the newly appointed CEO, a role he had been thrust into under the weight of familial duty and personal grief. Although Taehyung was already the CEO of his own company in America, his family business in Korea demanded his presence and leadership. It had been a week since his grandfather's death, and Taehyung had been confined to his room, consumed by sorrow. His mother urged him to reengage with the world, reminding him of his responsibilities and the importance of his role as the head of the Kim family's vast empire.
At the company's headquarters, Mr. Kang, the former personal assistant to Taehyung's grandfather, stood at the podium.
"Annyeonghaseyo everyone," Mr. Kang began, addressing the assembled staff. "I hope you all are managing well. As you know, we have recently lost Mr. Kim. While Mrs. Kim has been managing the company in his stead, it is now time to introduce our new CEO. Please join me in welcoming the heir of the Kim family, KIM TAEHYUNG!"
The room erupted in applause. Taehyung took the stage, his expression a mix of determination and reluctance.
"Thank you, Mr. Kang. I'm deeply honored," Taehyung said, his voice steady despite the turmoil within.
He then delivered a speech, projecting an image of confidence as he outlined his vision for the company. His words, though carefully chosen, couldn't entirely mask the personal grief he carried.
**CEO Kim Taehyung's Office**
Later, in his office, Taehyung met with Mr. Kang, who had been a pillar of support during this transition.
"Thank you, Mr. Kang, for everything," Taehyung said, his gratitude evident.
"It's my pleasure, Taehyung. It's my duty to ensure you have all the necessary information about the company," Mr. Kang replied.
"No, Mr. Kang, I genuinely respect your dedication. As my grandfather's PA, you've been invaluable. Why are you leaving now? I want you to stay," Taehyung said, his voice tinged with concern.
"Ah, Taehyung, you're too kind. Mr. Kim was right—you're an exceptional person. But I'm getting older, and I want to spend more time with my family. I've arranged interviews for your new PA, and I'll select the best candidate for you," Mr. Kang explained.
"Thank you, Mr. Kang. I trust you'll make the right choice," Taehyung responded.
"Alright then, I'm off now. Good luck with everything," Mr. Kang said, standing up.
"Goodbye, Mr. Kang," Taehyung said, seeing him out.

**Ahn Ha Na's Perspective**
Back at home, Hana's family was growing increasingly concerned about her. Her mother and Yeonjun had noticed her stagnation and urged her to take action.
"It's been almost a month, Hana-ya. Don't you think you should be busy?" her mother said.
"Yes, Eomma, Noona is right. You're educated; you should be doing something," Yeonjun added.
"I agree. I've been feeling useless and bored. I need to find a way to stay busy and earn money," Hana admitted, her frustration evident.
"It's not just about money, Hana-ya. It's about not living in isolation. You need to be active, understand?" her mother said, giving Hana a reassuring pat on the shoulder.
"Yes, Eomma. A week ago, I applied online for a job as a Personal Assistant at a big company. I have an interview tomorrow," Hana said, determination in her voice.
"Really? And you didn't tell us?" her mother asked.
"I wasn't sure if I could handle it. I'm not very confident," Hana murmured.
"Soobin's right. You are perfect for the job. Just believe in yourself," Soobin encouraged.
Yeonjun nodded. "I know you'll get the job and excel at it."
"I love you both," Hana said, her eyes welling up with gratitude.
"We love you too, Noona," they replied, embracing her. The family shared a warm, supportive moment together.
The next day, Hana prepared for her interview. The company was impressive, and she was awed by its grandeur. As she waited, she overheard some girls talking about the new CEO.
"You know, the company has a new CEO, and he's really young and attractive," one girl said.
"Really? Wow," another replied.
"Yes, the previous CEO was old and rarely present. His daughter-in-law managed things," a third added.
"I heard he's the only heir to the company. He must be really fortunate," another girl said.
"I'd be the luckiest person if I got the job as his assistant," one girl mused.
"Aish, don't be fooled. I heard he's really rude, especially to women. They say he hates girls. If you get the job, don't try to flirt with him," another warned.
Hana found their conversation irritating but remained focused on her purpose. After an hour, as the crowd thinned, only Hana remained.
"Ms. Ahn, it's your turn. Mr. Kang is waiting for you," an attendant announced.
Hana's heart raced as she entered the room. Mr. Kang, now retired, was the interviewer. He appeared both distinguished and kind.
She bowed and took a seat in front of him.
"So, Ms. Ahn, right?" Mr. Kang inquired.
"Yes," Hana replied, nervously.
"I see you're a bit nervous. There's no need to be. You need to be confident," he said, noticing her hesitation.
"I'm just a bit scared, sir. It's my first time," Hana admitted.
"Don't worry. You graduated with excellent marks and continued your studies in London, correct?" Mr. Kang asked.
"Yes, sir," Hana confirmed.
"That's impressive. You seem both innocent and mature. I believe you're well-suited for this job. Congratulations, you're appointed," Mr. Kang declared.
Hana's eyes widened in surprise. "Wh-what? Are you serious?"
"Yes, best of luck. You can start tomorrow at 8 a.m. sharp," Mr. Kang said with a smile.
He then jokingly added, "You're 27 but look 18, don't you?"
"Thank you, sir," Hana said, smiling despite her nervousness.
