Hiccup shook the thought away from his head. Idiot how could you think about it. He already knew were he stood with Merida, so why bother. He didn't want to make up something that isn't there, so he did the best answer he thought was best.

"No, she's just someone I have really learn to like as a person, nothing more." Hiccup kept walking trying to get away from the pressured atmosphere.

"Are you sure lad?" Lumiere hopped right after the young master.

"Yes Lumiere, now hurry I want to finish it before sunrise."

"Yes sir." Lumiere shook his head in disappointment but soon followed the troubling boy.

The next morning Merida woke up unusually earlier than she was custom to. She heading to the dining area to find Mrs. Pots setting up the table for breakfast.

"Oh lass, you're quite awake this morning."

"Aye, I feel refreshed." Merida took a seat at her chair she had come to sit since the first day.

"That's good to hear. I'm glad everything was sorted out." Mrs. Pots gave out a bright smile.

"Thank ya for helping remember my strength...for a moment....I wasn't like myself." Merida looked down in a sadden motion.

"Don't thank me child, you decide for your own, I just merely helped. And I should thank you for sticking with my young master."

"I promise I'll find how to break the spell! I'll help you guys out of this misery!"

"I'm sure you will lass." Mrs. Pots gave a tender look to the young girl that was pouring tea to her cup.

"Where is Hiccup?" Merida suddenly ask, now noticing the empty spot that Hiccup usually occupies.

"Ah, he will be here shortly." Mrs. Pots gave out a nervous laugh.

"No! I can't go!...t-tel-tell her I'm still asleep! Or say I've been become suddenly ill!" A nervous Hiccup paces back in forth in his dragon form.

"We can't tell that to the lass! She saw you were perfectly fine yesterday!" Lumiere struggled to keep up with him.

"W-What has gotten into him?" Clogsworth questioned Lumiere.

"The boy is afraid in how to approach the girl after yesterday." Lumiere sighed.

"In other words his nervous!?" Clogsworth stated.

"Yes!" Hiccup exclaimed throwing his wings in the air frustrated.

"You were fine yesterday so why now?" Lumiere hopped in front of the boy, giving him a suspicious look.

"I-I,I....I was just thinking...what ifff she changed her mind or you know still hated me." Hiccup avoided looking at Lumiere and Clogsworth.

"The lass isn't that kind girl! You sure that's everything master?" Lumiere pressured on.

Hiccup looked at them nervously, he didn't know why but this morning he suddenly woke up becoming self cautious in how he looked or how he spoke. He kept looking at the mirror practicing smiling with his snout a million times, trying to look good, before he got interrupted by his two servants making him stumble backwards due to the fact he tried to hide that he had been looking at himself in the mirror.

And now he found himself being questioned as to why he didn't want to go down. When he thought about seeing her this morning and knowing she knew everything and knew he was actually a man only made him far more nervous than usual and gave him a slight hope that maybe he still had a chance that she would now see him in a new light, not just some big lizard. But there came a moment were he tried to deny it not wanting to stir something that isn't there.
