"You should leave, go back to school or something" Naruto yawned his body felt absolutely drained.

Sasuke was worried, he looked at Naruto nervously "I can stay here with you" he said trying to get Naruto to let him stay he really didn't want anything to come between them and this new information definitely was.

Naruto shook his head he jut wanted to sleep before his grandma gets home, "No you should leave I'll be fine."

Sasuke sighed his chest hurt and his mind was racing this isn't good. "Are you sure?"

Naruto stood up his stomach was starting to bother him it was definitely getting harder to breathe maybe he should just call his grandma just in case. "Yes Sasuke I'm sure" Naruto moved closer and carefully put his arms around Sasukes waist bringing him in for a hug.

"I'll see you tomorrow" Naruto kissed Sasukes cheek and watched him leave the room. When Naruto heard the front door shut he sighed and laid on his bed, what a wonderful day. Naruto closed his eyes and let the sleep he desperately needed take him away.

"Naruto!" Tsunade yelled from downstairs, she got a call from the school around 12:30 when Naruto didn't show up to his 4th period class or the rest of 3rd. Tsunade marched up the stairs ready to yell at Naruto for skipping class.

She approached Narutos door carefully she took a few deep breathes almost scared of what she is going to see, will Naruto be alive? Will he be laying in a pool of his own blood? Memories came flooding back to her.

The moments leading up to finding Naruto had she been any later he could be dead right now. Tsunade had called the hospital on her way to work to tell them she would be late she forgot her purse at home on the table next to her coffee cup.

It was a regular day sure she was getting worried about Naruto he hasn't come out of his room in days shes seen him like this before which just made her worry more. The last thing she wants is Naruto to make a mistake he might regret later on. She walked into the house and into the kitchen to quickly grab the stuff she forgot.

She started to make her way to the door but thought against it, she should say goodbye to Naruto she should check on him see if he wants anything before she leaves.

As Tsunade made her way up the stairs a sudden noise caught her attention, a loud thud from the guest bathroom, she want sure what the noise could've been seeing as no one usually goes to the bathroom. She made a turn back downstairs and walked to the bathroom. She turned the door knob but it was locked.

"Naruto! Naruto" she yelled repeatedly as she banged on the door, not a single yell came from the bathroom or upstairs only filing her mind with more distress.

She ran to the kitchen and grabbed a butter knife, at this point she was shaking the worst case scenario turning threw her mind. She shakily put the butter knife in the door lock and shook it angrily until it finally opened.

She stopped dead in her tracks frozen, the sight of her only grandson laying on the ground blood surrounding his lifeless body. Her heart fell, her legs started to move but she felt like she was in a daze. Her arms were moving and she called the police before grabbing towels and wrapping Nartuos arms. trying and hoping to stop the blood, he had a pulse but barely. Tsunade looked over to the other side of him and saw the empty bottle of pills. No.

By the time the ambulance got there she was going crazy trying to get Naruto to throw up the pills but also keeping the towels on his arms. She was forced away from Naruto she sat on the side staring at Naruto, his blood all over her. She blacked out.

When she woke up she her self was laying in a hospital bed, she got up and walked out to the desk asking where and what happened to her grandson dreading the answer that would soon follow.

"He's okay" The nurse said and brought her to his room, Tsunade cried as she walked over to Naruto and hugged his sleeping body. She has never been more relieved and worried in her life. She stayed in Narutos room all night staying awake just in case.

Tsunade shook the thoughts away and walked into Narutos room his door was open as it should be. She breathed out a sigh of relief when she saw him sleeping in his bed but soon gasped when she saw bandages on his face and his swollen eye.

She carefully walked over to him and shook his arm trying to wake him up. Naruto slowly opened his eyes and sat up slowly the pain was a lot.

"Grandma? why are you home what time is it?" Naruto asked looking around for his phone.

"What happened?" Tsunade carefully asked as she slowly unwrapped the cloth on Narutos face and frowned when she saw it, its broken for sure. She sighed out loud. "Do I need to transfer you to another school?" She softly asked.

Naruto shook his head slowly a pounding nose was going on in his ears, the last thing he wants is to move schools. "No, it will affect my grades right now" he grumbled.

Tsunade did nothing but nod her head, "Want to get that nose of yours fixed?" She asked and put her hand to it, Naruto hissed out on pain and moved away from her. He knew it was going to be fixed so he nodded his head.

"Lets see what we can do" Tsunade muttered.
