Messy without a Doubt

Sasuke sat up first he got up to his feet and dusted off his clothes Naruto right behind him doing the same. Naruto smiled brightly and walked past Obito to the dog who started wagging his tail his tongue hanging out of his mouth.

"Hello doggy" Naruto said petting the dog behind his ears and scrathing his fur.  Naruto laughed when the dog licked his face and barked standing up he walked over to his small box of toys on the porch and picked up a ball.

"Want to play fetch?" Naruto asked the dog dropped the ball in front of Naruto and ran off the porch ready for Naruto to throw the ball.

Sasuke watched Naruto play fetch with the dog for a little bit. He was getting tired of standing around doing nothing.

"Want to see the house? Or your room?Everything is in there just not unpacked" Obito said he was a bit nervous. He really wanted Sasuke to like him and wanted to be someone he could go to for help it might take a while but he wants to earn Sasukes trust.

Sasuke stood up straight his usual empty look was back on his face he nodded his head and walked over to Naruto standing close to him. "It's right upstairs" Obito said opening his front door everyone followed him into the house.

"Wow! It's so nice in here" Naruto gasped putting his hands closer to his sides so he wouldn't touch anything. Obitos house was so different.

It was filled with a comfy looking couch and a nice chair that folds out so you can put your legs on it. There were two glass vases next to the TV with pink flowers in them. Narutos eyes wandered to the walls there was pictures of him and his father, graduation photos on stands. The house looked homey it looked comfortable.

"I used to travel a lot for work but they let me settle down here. I wanted a place I could call my own" Obito said with a proud smile.

"No wife?" Naruto asked not seeing one picture of him with another girl and also not seeing a ring on his finges.

Obito laughed and shook his head "My life was filled with nothing but failed relationships" Obito looked down slightly bothered.

"I'm sorry! I shouldn't have said anything. I have such a big mouth, Sasuke is always telling me to shut up." Naruto clamped his mouth shut and shook his head.

"Yeah, he never shuts up" Sasuke said giving Naruto a side glance and then shrugging his shoulders. "As you can see he feels very bad. If you could just say it was no big deal that would calm him down"

"Yeah it is completly fine. I'm glad you're asking qustions I want us to get used to each other." Obito looked at Sasuke caustiosly "It looks like Naruto here will be around alot?" Obito asked carefully.

Naruto perked up quickly and nodded his head vigorously. "Yeah! I will be. We've already made plans for a movie night tomorrow!"

"If that's okay." Sasuke finished looking at Obito with narrowed eyes reading his uncle making sure he read him right the first time.

In Sasukes eyes from what he's gathered his uncle was smart but also a little shy and sinlge, still he seemed like he was very open to change and Sasuke liked that. Of course he could be wrong.

"Of course it's alright. Any friend of Sasuke is a friend of mine" Obito said turning towards the stairs and walking up them.

"More then a friend" Sasuke muttered under his breath grabbing Narutos hand and walking up the stairs.

Obito led them down the hall passing rooms filled with desks and one with a couch in it. Naruto wanted to explore more but he knew he would have that chance another time. "This is it" Obito said opening the last door on the left.

It was a large room Sasukes bed was in the middle of the room push against the wall, his desk next to the window and boxes everwhere.

"Thank You" Sasuke said looking Obito in the eyes he was wearing a small warm smile that told Obito it was going to be okay.

Naruto let go of Sasukes hand and turned to the boxes "We should paint your room" Naruto said looking at the empty white walls. "I'm going to frame some pictures of us" Naruto muttered thinking out loud as he walked around the room.

"What color do you think I should paint it?" Sasuke asked rolling his eyes. He didnt like the white but if he painted it, it would all seem so much more real. His mother was in the hospital, his father was in jail. He was living with his uncle who he just met.

"Red" Naruto answered nodding his head and opening the window he sat on the bed and fell back. "Holy shit this is comfortable."

Sasuke took his shoes off and walked over to the bed laying down on it next to Naruto he moved onto his side and wrapped his arms around his boyfriend brining him closer. Naruto laughed softly he layed his head on Sasukes chest and closed his eyes.

"Red it is" Sasuke whispered closing his eyes.

Obito looked at Tsaunde a smile on his face glad that Sasuke was already starting to get comfortable. "Want some coffee?"

Tsuande looked at her phone quickly and nodded "I would thanks."

Sasuke opened his eyes his heart melted at the sight of Naruto curled up next to him his head snuggled into Sasukes chest. He was like a cat.

Sasuke wasn't sure what kind of life they would have in future. He knew he was going to break up with Naruto on the last day of summer before they went to college. It wasn't an easy decision but they both knew they wouldn't last long distance.

That doesn't mean they're not going to end up together. Sasuke is positive that they will end up together. He is also sure they are going to have a dog.

He wants a dog, he's always wanted a dog someone he could go on walks with and play fetch with and have to pet. He will have a dog.

They will have a dog.

Sasuke moved away from Naruto when he felt him stir in his sleep. Naruto slowly sat up his hair was messed up on the side he was laying on.

Sasuke smiled fondly and poked Naruto's nose "I think we slept later then we should've..." Sasuke said looking out the window and watching the sun still in the sky just not as bright at it was.

Sasuke took his phone out of his pocket 4:30 "we slept for 3 hours?" Naruto muttered rubbing his head. " I have a headache" Naruto whined pouting.

Sasuke slipped off the bed and looked at it "it's the bed. I always fall asleep when I lay on it."

Naruto could only agree. "Let's go...." Naruto paused for a second. "Explore!" He shouted jumping off the bed and running out the door.

Sasuke let himself get pulled away from his room he wasn't going to unpack everything tonight that was for sure.

School wasn't important anymore. Not as important to him as it should be.
