Maya's POV

I was laying upstairs on my old bed crying when the door opened and my mom walked in.

"Mommy," I cried.

I never called my mom mommy that's why she was so concerned. She wrapped her arms around me and let me cry.

"Oh Maya," she cried.

"How could this happen?" I sobbed.

"Maya it's going to be okay."

"No it's not."

"I promise you someday it will get better."

"It took me years to get over you and dad breaking up how am I going to get over them breaking up."

"They don't know yet if they are getting a divorce yet. Topanga just needs some time to thing about things."

"I really don't want them to break up."

"Neither do I."

"Can't you stop them."

"Maya," my mom said, "It's better if they end things now so they can be happy. You wouldn't want them to be together and unhappy."

"I want them to be together and happy," I cried.

"Me too baby," she said, "Me too."

(Okay I lied two more chapters after this. I needed to throw a chapter in with Maya and her Mom)
