Jennifer's POV:
"Jazlyn, are you ready to go to the park?" I asked as I stepped inside my 4-year-old daughter's room. "Yes, Momma," She said looking cute in her little outfit. "Aww! Let Mommy take a picture of her gorgeous babygirl," I said as she posted form the camera. I'm a model and I took her to some of my photoshoots, so she wants to be a model like me.

I have been a single mother ever since Jazlyn's father passed away when she was 2 and it's kinda been hard for us to transition without him being around, but we managed to make it on our own. "Come on, Jazzy!" I said as we got in the car. I turned on the radio and her favorite artist was on the radio. "Bruno Mars!" She yelled excitedly as she danced in her car seat. She loves Bruno's music, and I don't blame her even though I went to school with him. I haven't seen him since our high school graduation party. I wonder if he has a girlfriend or a wife. "Mommy, do you like Bruno Mars?" Jazlyn asked me as we were driving. "Yeah, I do. And, Mommy's gonna tell you a secret. I'm in love with Bruno," I said as she had a sparkle in her eyes. "Love him enough to marry him?" She asked me as I stopped the car at the parking lot at the park. "If he asks me to marry him, sweetie. You'll never know what will happen when the time is right," I said as I looked it her in the backseat.

"Okay, sweetheart! We're here," I said grabbing her out of the car and walking towards the playground. "Remember What I said?" I asked her to see if she remembers the playground rules. "No playing too rough with the other kids, and stay at a place where you can see me," Jazlyn said as I kissed the top of her head. "Exactly! Now when you get back, I'm gonna have some ice cream for the both of us! Now go have fun, Jazzy," I said holding her hat. "I will, Mommy," she said as she ran off to the playground, I sat down on the bench and watched her play with her friends.

She really is growing up, I remember like it was yesterday when she was born and I was holding her on my arms. Now, I started to think about her future and she's going places, but I'm gonna focus on the time I have with her now. I got up to get us some ice cream, and I accidentally bumped into someone. "Oh my god! I am so sorry, Ma'am! I didn't see where I was going," a deep voice spoke as I grabbed my purse off the ground. "No, it was my fault, I didn't see where I was going," I said as I looked at the man and he looked familiar to me. "Wait, Bruno?" I asked him as he looks at me like I was a fan of his. "Oh, sweetheart, you're a fan. I will be happy to sign an autograph for you," he said as he pulled out a pen. "No, it's me! Jennifer!" I said as he looked at me. "Show me a picture," Bruno said as if I was lying to him. I remember the picture we took when we went to prom together. "Here. Remember me now, Peter? These pictures were from our high school prom when you asked me to go with you," I said as I passed him my phone to show him 4 pictures.
