It's been about a day since we left camp, but it's felt like an eternity. Apparently this thing didn't fly as fast as a plane which kind of sucked in my opinion. It was actually like, one hundred times slower. Just kidding I don't really know. Leo estimated at least a week until we even reached Europe with another 3 to get to Greece. I got bored and did the math earlier. I figured out that we were only going around 20 miles per hour. UGH. If it weren't for the company of Kylie, Leo and Percy, I would have gone insane by now. I'm sure that I will be insane by the end of this.

According to Leo and Percy, it was crazy how we hadn't been attacked by now. They said that they had been attacked way too many times before and that it was a gift from the gods that we hadn't. Ha, knock on wood. I learned the hard way, that karma sucks. Don't mess with it because you will end up with the exact opposite of what you want.

On top of everything, I still noticed Leo acting down every once in a while. The funny thing was that it was only when it was just the two of us. I would say something so small and his face would fall. I didn't understand. I chose not to mention it to him. I had learned that it just made him even more upset. It all made me want to pull him into my arms and hold him there, comfort him until he was okay. I hated seeing him that way and I really wished that he could just tell me. I know he said that he would eventually, but maybe he would feel better if he did now.

We were all in the mess hall eating lunch. The ship had the same magic plates and cups as camp which was nice. It was fairly simple with a long table and chairs. But what made it interesting was the live feed of Camp Half Blood displayed on the walls. Sure it was cool, but it made you homesick.

Everyone was silent. It had been that way for a while, like nothing had happened that was interesting enough to talk about. And frankly, nothing really had happened. Until an hour ago, it hadn't been that bad, but now... I was leaned back in my chair tossing an apple up in the air and catching it in my hand repeatedly. Kylie was anxiously bouncing her leg under the table, Percy was picking at his sandwich. Leo was tapping his finger on the table. As I watched, the tapping seemed to look like some sort of pattern, an odd pattern I couldn't really seem to decipher (A/N: You do you catch what I'm throwing here? XD). I sighed, closing my eyes for a few seconds.

"Can you please stop tossing that apple?," Kylie said breaking the silence, "Its kind of annoying."

I set the apple down a bit harsher than I anticipated, rattling the table as I slowly opened my eyes.

"This is incredibly boring," she grumbled, "I thought this was supposed to be fun."

Leo and Percy gave her the kind of look that said "What the fudge are you talking about?" It looked as if they thought she was a complete idiot for saying that.

"Fun?" Percy scoffed, "These things are serious. It's not exactly supposed to be fun."

"Well nothing has happened!" Kylie complained, "Nothing! Zilch, Nada, Zip."

"We are in the middle of the freaking ATLANTIC!" Leo exclaimed.

Percy rolled his eyes, "Besides, we already told you, it is a bit odd but don't mess with it. Watch, something's going to happen eventually."

"But action would be fun!" she urged.

"Kylie," I said sternly.

"Fine fine," she grumbled.

"Trust me," Percy said, "We are lucky that nothing has happened."

"Well if we can't have any action," Kylie said, "We should play volleyball."
