"How did you came back here?" Tanong ni Vaboo kay Mama.
Matapos ang pagkikita namin kanina ay nag ayos muli kami ng sarili dahil doon ko lang napagtanto na pinanu-nuod pala kami ng halos lahat ng nasa hall. Nakakahiya 'man pero hindi ko na pinag tuonan ng pansin ang sasabihin nila. All I care about now is my mother is finally here.
"Matagal na akong nandito ngunit hindi ako kaagad dumeretsyo dito sa palasyo." Sagot ni Mama at pasimple akong sinulyapan.
"Felicity? Did I heard it right? She's here?" Nagulat na lamang kami ng isang maliit na boses ang aming marinig. It was my pixie, Araminta.
Iginala nito ang kaniyang paningin at inisa-isa kaming tiningnan. Her eyes locked on my mother and blinked twice. Parang hindi pa ito nakuntento at nakita ko ang pasimple niyang pagkurot sa sarili niya. Napailing ako at natawa.
"Felicity?" She asked, still shocked.
"Araminta," My mother smiled at her. Tila doon lamang nakumpirma ni Araminta na si Mama nga iyon. Mabilis itong lumipad papunta sa kaniya at niyakap siya. My mother chuckled.
"I missed you!" A little voice squealed.
"She's so hyper," Aquacia commented and glanced at me.
"I guess so," I chuckled.
"We'll talk later okay? we still need to discuss few more things here, if you mind." Humiwalay si Araminta sa kaniya ay nahihiyang nilingon si Vaboo na naka ngiti sa nasaksihan.
"Oh, okay! Sorry for the interruption." She shyly smiled and disappeared in thin air.
"Bakit hindi kayo kaagad na dumeretsyo dito, Ma? saakin? sa palasyo?" Agap na tanong ko sa kaniya nang mawala si Araminta. Napokus ang atensyon niya saakin.
"Because I needed to take care of some things," Binigyan nito ako ng isang malungkot na ngiti.
"Where is Serel?" Bigla naman niyang tanong at lahat kami ay nag-iwas ng tingin sa kaniya.
"Unfortunately, she was a prisoner in escapies." Bumuntong hininga si Vaboo at minasahe ang uluhan niya. Napasinghap naman si Mama.
"Oh gods, the prophecy..." She mumbled and started to whisper words we cannot understand.
"Calm down, Felicity. What is it?" Vaboo calmed her down.
"I just learned that the prophecy has a double meaning. And it was scary." Nag pa-panic na pahayag ni Mama.
"Double meaning?" I asked.
"A guardian will take over the whole domain. She will rule it." She stated the words. "It was a prophecy happened already. But it will eventually happen again. I dont know why but it has something to do with Serel." She explained to us.
Kinabahan kaagad ako sa mga posibleng mangyari. Nakita kong namutla si Mama kaya mabilis akong tumayo upang lapitan siya at alalayan.
"Maybe that's all for today, she needs to rest." Nilingon ko si Vaboo na bahagyang tumango.
"Let's go, Ma. You can sleep on my room." Itinayo ko siya at inalalayang makalakad.
