Chapter 11: School War

The next day...

Jacob's Father: "See you later."

Jacob gets out of a white car in front of Saguaro.

Jacob: "See you later Faja."

His father drives away as Jacob rushes up to the school gate, shows his ID and heads to a nearby entryway to the building on his left and into a room labeled 101, where Max, CJ, Bryant, Spencer, and Phillip are awaiting him.

Jacob: "Guys, yesterday-"

Max: "Crazy shit happened to you too?"

Awkward moment of silence...

Jacob: "(awkwardly) Fuck."

Phillip: "So wait, the same type of stuff that was really similar to an anime awakening scene happened to you too?"

Jacob takes a seat.

Jacob: "Pretty much."

CJ: "So wait, you have anime powers?"

Jacob: "Yeah, and it's beautiful."

Little do they know...

Denton: "What's that?"

The ground is rumbling as Denton ties on his shoes and the door knocks.

Denton: "The door?"

Micheal and Zack fall into the doorway.

Zack: "They're already after us again!"

Denton: "Are you fricking kidding me?!"

Denton helps the two up.

Micheal: "So I'd say we run!"

They step outside to see a dozen tanks heading straight for them.

Denton: "I agree!"

Denton's ID Card and ID Glove reappear in his hands.

Zack: "Run!"

They head in the opposite direction of the tanks.

Meanwhile...

Isaac: "I wish you were able to go faster!"

BroBot is carrying Isaac on his shoulders as they run away from more tanks.

BroBot: "

They're nearing Scottsdale.

Five minutes later...

Jake: "(drowsy) Huh?"

Jake is awoken by a rumble.

Jake: "(awkwardly) I'd better go."

Jake hurries towards the road.

Meanwhile...

Owen: "Just great."

Owen is hurrying.

Meanwhile...

Randy: "O-Oh!"

Silver has already started running towards the school.

Silver: "No time to waste!"

Meanwhile...

Samuel: "Seriously?!"

Alexis is booking it away from the tanks.

Alexis: "Lightning war."

Samuel: "Say what now?"

Meanwhile...

Dante: "(snoring) Hm?"

Dante awakens while sitting at the corner of the street next to the school, with Jeremy hurrying nearby.

Dante: "(drowsy) What's going on?"

Jeremy stops.

Jeremy: "A talking wolf?!"

Dante changes to his human form.

Jeremy: "(awkwardly) Oh..."

Dante: "Something going on?"

Jeremy: "Military, I'm heading to the school."

Dante follows Jeremy...

Five minutes later...

Phillip: "So it sounds like we're all-"

A low rumble shakes the school.

Max: "Oh come the fuck on!"

The six ditch their bags and run out of the building, only to find that a line of armed soldiers standing at the edge of campus.

CJ : "Already? We just went through this yesterday."

Suddenly, everyone is now wearing their awakened outfits, except Spencer who has a simple watch.

Spencer: "Great, we're going to have a great way to start off the morning."

Bryant: "Same."

Spencer pushes the button, equipping his Relay Gear as the Creations arrive to join them.

Jake: "I booked it over once I-"

Everyone awkwardly looks at each other.

Alexis: "Hi?"

Phillip: "We're on the same side, don't worry."

Jeremy: "That's good to-"

They can spot Isaac, Denton, BroBot, Zack, and Micheal booking it in their direction.

Zack: "(exhausted) Can we take a breather?"

The moment just got a little more awkward.

Micheal: "Uh..."

Jacob grabs Denton by the shoulders.

Jacob: "Thank god you're not dead Denton."

Denton: "(sighing) IT didn't die, didn't it?"

CJ : "It did, but you're now here to confirm that the joke is dead."

Denton: "Oh..."

Micheal: "You guys know each other?"

Isaac awkwardly walks in.

Isaac: "So what're we doing here?"

Isaac doesn't recognize Jacob mainly due to his lack of glasses.

Jacob: "(sighing) God fucking dammit Isaac."

Isaac: "What?"

Jacob: "Imagine this face with glasses."

Isaac awkwardly realizes who Jacob is.

Isaac: "(awkwardly) Oh hey fuckhead."

Max: "Hold on one fucking second, that's Isaac?"

Isaac is currently in his cyborg mode.

Isaac: "Yeah boy!"

BroBot: "?"

Max breaks up the awkward moment.

Max: "ANYWAYS we need a plan."

They begin to aim at them.

Jacob: "CJ and I handle the front, Phillip and Spencer handle the office building, Max and Denton deal with the football field, then Isaac and Bryant deal with the north parking lot. Whoever is with their respective big boys, you join with them."

Awkward moment of silence...

Phillip: "I'm down."

The military begins to advance.

Spencer: "Let's go!"

Owen: "Okay!"

Everyone heads to the areas they were assigned to...
