Chapter 88: Henrietta

William, Emily, Alexis, Jake, Lariat, Thoris, Dante, and Diane are going against the one with emerald fans.

Diane: "So who are you?"

Henrietta: "It's Henrietta."

A strong gust begins to form.

Samuel: "So you fight with wind too?"

William: "It's great right?"

The winds take the shape of a dragon behind Henrietta.

Jake: "This won't be my first time fighting dragons."

Jake switches to his staff.

Thoris: "Isn't Jason half dragon?"

A green dragon giving off a faint updraft stands behind Henrietta.

Henrietta: "Come at me."

Henrietta holds her fans like a dancer.

Lariat: "We can't leave something like that alone."

William, Emily, Alexis, and Jake step forward.

Alexis: "We'll deal with Henrietta."

Dante changes into his wolf form.

Dante: "Then that dragon is our target!"

Everyone except Diane hurries to the dragon.

Diane: "Be careful."

William: "You think we won't?"

Diane hurries over to the others.

Diane: "(in head) Yes."

Henrietta faces the ones who stayed behind.

Henrietta: "You think you four can beat me?"

Samuel: "Five!"

Jake: "I think we can at least keep it at a draw."

The four begin creating their own wind.

Emily: "And that's all we'll need!"

Henrietta counters with her own wind.

Henrietta: "If you really think that."

Diane has just joined her group.

Thoris: "Welcome aboard."

The dragon lets out a heart stopping roar.

Dante: "I don't think Jason does that."

Diane grabs a cube of metal out of the floor.

Diane: "Then let's start fighting."

Lariat takes aim.

Lariat: "(aiming) I agree, the faster the better."

The dragon begins to slam it's fist to the ground.

Thoris: "Watch out!"

Dante almost gets out of the way, but his tail gets caught.

Dante: "(struggling) I'm stuck!"

The dragon picks Dante up by the tail.

Diane: "Let him go!"

Diane tosses the cube as it breaks into smaller cubes at the claw with Dante, causing it to let go.

Thoris: "I've got you!"

Thoris catches Dante with telekinesis and lowering him gently towards the ground.

Dante: "(relieved) Thanks."

Jake and Alexis lock weapons with Henrietta.

Alexis: "We're not going to back down!"

Henrietta repels the two.

Henrietta: "Then what makes you think I will?"

Jake switches back to his blade.

Jake: "We don't think you will."

William and Emily create their own winds.

William: "We're just trying to keep you busy."

Jake and Alexis make their way over for another strike.

Emily: "And you aren't going to deal with us so you can deal with Denton and the others!"

Henrietta blocks again.

Henrietta: "Good to know."

Lariat barely misses the dragon's eye.

Lariat: "We need to limit it's vision."

The dragon continues to slam it's claws into the ground.

Dante: "We need to do something to it!"

Diane's petrification does nothing to the dragon.

Diane: "That's a first."

Thoris blocks an attack with his axe.

Thoris: "(struggling) Just do it already!"

Lariat has already begun aiming again.

Lariat: "(deep breath) Thanks Thoris."

Lariat lets the arrow loose, landing right in the dragon's eye, causing it to shriek in pain and covering the injured eye.

Thoris: "(exhausted) I'm going to need some sleep after this."

The dragon's tail slams everyone in the dragon's burst of anger.

Dante: "(in pain) I think things got a whole lot worse."

Henrietta has made light cuts on Jake and Alexis.

Samuel: "Come on, shake it off."

Alexis: "I'm fine."

Henrietta is beginning to lose steam from all of the defending.

Emily: "There we go!"

The heroes get picked up by the wind.

Henrietta: "(exhausted) I'll make this even."

The heroes are 20 meters in the air.

Jake: "Whoa, whoa, whoa!"

The wind stops.

Henrietta: "Coming back down..."

The four crash into the ground, causing them to cough a little blood.

Emily: "(coughing blood) Looks like she can still use her head."

They shakily get back up...
