Chapter 26: Start Phase 2

A few days later...

Jack: "(smiling) It's finally done!"

All of the cleaning around the base has finally finished after two weeks.

Bryant: "(wheezing) Finally."

BroBot: "^_^."

Alphonse: "(sweating) Now for the next part."

Kyle: "Next part?"

Dawn and Jay are playing a racing game inside the nearest room.

Jeremy: "Furnishing."

Alexis: "We need to take care of stuff like food, washing, sleeping conditions..."

Max: "That's where the money us beautiful people worked for comes in."

Dante: "So you are going to purchase the necessary items?"

Jacob pulls out a slip of paper from his back pocket.

Jacob: "I already developed a plan."

Jacob opens the paper.

Jacob: "Retard and I are going to handle the food since we know the store inside and out."

Isaac: "Fuck you."

Jacob: "Now Spencer and Bryant can handle buying some paint and brushes so that we can easily label where everyone is going to be staying"

Shoma: "S-So we can have a dorm like system?"

Jacob: "Bingo. Then Max and CJ will be in charge of getting extra tools so that we can get to any small repairs faster and quicker, plus a butane burner and large pot to cook."

Micheal: "Interesting."

Jacob: "Then that leaves Denton and Phillip with buying stuff like soap and tubs to bathe and clean clothes."

Denton: "I'm on it!"

Jacob: "Now there's one more issue."

Lariat: "A possible attack while you're out?"

Jacob crumbles the paper and tosses it into the wind.

Jacob: "Right on the money. We need to have some of you to come with us in case we're attacked, but you guys can choose whoever you want."

Owen: "And the rest stay here to defend?"

Bell: "Sounds about right."

Phillip: "Does two for each group work?"

Jacob: "Exactly my idea."

Max: "Any volunteers?"

Moment of silence...

Rox: "I'll go with the brothers!"

Rox walks up to Jacob and Isaac.

Jack: "(smiling) I'm heading with the funny ones."

Eryth hops onto Jack's shoulder as he heads to join Spencer and Bryant.

Samuel: "You feel like going for the other stuff?"

Alexis joins Denton and Phillip.

Alexis: "Why not?"

Rose: "I'll join you two."

Rose walks up to CJ and Max.

Bryant: "One more each."

Cereza joins the brothers.

Cereza: "I don't mind."

BroBot: "!"

Dr. LeeAnn: "Sadly, I need to give BroBot a tune up. We have to sit out."

Connor joins Max and CJ.

Connor: "I don't mind."

Jay and Dawn are paying zero attention.

Jeremy: "We need two more."

Moment of silence...

Jeremy: "(sighing) I'll go with Phillip and Denton."

Jeremy joins Phillip and Denton.

Tori: "Kyle?"

Kyle walks over to join Bryant and Spencer.

Kyle: "Might as well."

Tori: "You need both of us!"

Tori joins them.

Denton: "The base is in your hands."

Dante: "Okay!"

The four groups split up to gather their supplies.

However...

Horus: "(smirking) Send soldiers to these co-ordinates."

Soalious: "What's your plan?"

Horus: "Drawing out every last Creation left."

Kurtis: "What's your plan?"

Horus: "A good one..."
