(Floof, smoot)

“Is the serum completed?”

“Indeed, but I still don’t understand, why go through all of this trouble? If we shoot the red and blue paladin with just a normal gun then they’ll be dead, just like that, so why?”

Hagar sighed and turned to face the druid, “If we simply shoot the paladins then there is no fun. If we want Voltron gone then we need to tear the team apart. Simply killing two of the members won’t do it, they’ll all need to be dead. We’ll get lucky of we’re able to shoot the two.”

The druid nodded, “I see, but why go through the trouble of telling them how the sirum works?”

“We aren’t telling them how it works, idiot, we’re telling them the opposite!”

~~~
There was silence among the paladins as they ran around another corner of the ship. The plan was to blow the thing up, but things weren’t going the way they planned. Well, they actually were, but that’s what scared the team the most. No guard was anywhere in sight, and when they were, it was like they were on break. The team reached the head of the ship, and still, there were no guards.
“Man, this is making our jobs to easy!” Lance exclaimed, walking ahead of the team to climb the small steps to the console.
“Lance, don’t touch anything, you might break it!” Keith yelled.
“Shut it mullet! I’ll touch whatever I want!”
A shot rang out through the room. No one knew where it came from, all they knew was that Keith was on the ground.
“Keith!”
Lance ran over to the red paladin and knelt down to inspect the shot. It was a shot to the neck, and the small hole was spreading some sort of black liquid through Keith’s body. Another shot rang out and Lance collapsed down next to Keith, the same small black hole spreading something through him as well.
“Show yourself!” Pidge screamed, activating her bayard while the others did the same.
A cold laugh echoed through the room and a bright light shown in the middle of the steps, “That was to easy. And you call yourselves paladins.”
Hunk narrowed his eyes and rows his cannon gun to point at the witch, “What did you do to them?!”
“Calm yourself yellow one, or you’ll be just like them.”
The rest of the team, that was still standing, said nothing, and kept their stance wide and at the ready. Without thinking about it the group had made a small half circle in front of the passed out paladins, who have presumed to be dead. That was, until Lance groaned and reached a protective arm around Keith, in which Keith snuggled closer to Lance. The team made a quick glance back to see what the small noise was and dropped with stance for a second.
“If you think they’re dead then you’re wrong. Those two will be fine if you listen to my instructions.”
The team turned back and said nothing, just glared at the witch while waiting for her to continue. Hagar smiled, showing too many teeth for anyone's liking.
“The red and blue paladins have been shot with a special serum that was made just for them. If they sleep with each other, they will stay this way for ever. But if you keep them separated for to long, they’ll grow to what you humans would call depressed. It will grow to the point where they will kill themselves, and we don’t want that, do we?”
Pidge growled, “So how do we fix them?”
Hagar laughed, “Wouldn’t you like to know. Remember, keep them out of the bedroom but not out of each other's arms. Ta, ta!”
