Warnings: None(Y/n)'s POV
I parked my car a couple blocks down from the apartments and began my walk. It was pitch black outside, so I knew no one could see me even if they were looking for me. The streetlights provided a dim lighting, but many were flickering and dim. The road was silent, for not many cars were out at this time of night. I reached the apartments and crept inside the door to the main hallway. I then jogged up the stairs to the third floor. Room 36. I thought to myself, looking at the numbers on the doors. When I arrived at room 36, I took a deep breath before giving the door five taps. The door opened slightly and a hand pulled me in. I wasted no time and gave the person a kiss on the lips, wrapping my arms around them as fast as humanly possible. So many pent up feelings were poured into the kiss. I breathed heavily and smiled as we broke away. We held each other close for a while, just enjoying each other's presence.
"I've missed you," Amber said, pressing her forehead onto mine. I smiled sadly at her.
"I missed you too, but you know that-"
"I know, we can't be seen in public." She said calmly. I frowned.
"I'm sorry for all of this." I whispered. She looked at me, confused.
"What do you mean?" She asked.
"You came out years ago. You could easily go out on dates with a girl and not have to worry about anything. But since I'm dating you, we have to keep it a secret. All because I'm too afraid to come out." I told her, not meeting her eyes. She hugged me tight.
"(Y/n), it's okay. You just aren't ready to come out. I'm fine with the way we are now, and I'm not going to force you to tell anyone that you're bisexual. Even if our relationship has to be secret for the rest of our lives, I'm okay with that. I love you, and I respect the decisions you make. Don't worry about it too much, okay? Let's go cuddle." Amber said, pulling me towards her couch. She flopped down onto the couch and reached her hands out to me. I smiled and took her hands, gently falling on top of her. She smiled and hugged me. We spent the rest of the night cuddling and watching music videos on her phone.
Amber's POV
I woke up to find the spot next to me empty. I checked my phone and saw tons of notifications. My stomach dropped when I saw (Y/n)'s name in many of the texts and comments. I quickly got up and saw (Y/n) smiling, making us breakfast.
"(Y/n)! I just looked at my phone and-" She cut off my rambling.
"I know. I posted something on Instagram about us." My jaw dropped.
"(Y/n), you didn't need to do that. Was I pressuring you in any way? I don't want you to be unhappy. I was okay if you weren't ready, honestly." (Y/n) just smiled at me and walked over to me after placing our breakfast on plates.
"Amber, it's okay. I'm happy I did this. We can be free to go out together. No more hiding. Now bring back my happy Amber Llama so we can eat breakfast and do some dumb stuff together today, okay?" (Y/n) asked, a lopsided grin on her face. I smiled and nodded, happily hopping to my seat at the table.
Once we were done eating breakfast, we decided to go to the park. While walking down the street, some people watched in awe as we went past them, and others watched with disgust. The disgust was more from older generations, and the awe was from fans and young people. I looked at (Y/n) to see her head held high, a smile upon her gorgeous face. A smile grew on my face and I grabbed her hand. When I saw the park, we both started to run towards it.
Throughout the day, we ignored the weird stares. We went to the cafe, talked to some fans, and had fun.
And the best part? There's no more sneaking around.
