"What's going on?" the curly haired brunette asked as he released the grounder guard. He spun around twice as he searched the crowd for the female. It was no use, Echo was long gone. But Bellamy was unable to accept that, he couldn't admit that he had gone through all of this trouble just to realize his informant was lying. He trusted the grounder woman because of their past chemistry and her apology, which was obviously a lie. He cursed himself for being so shallow-minded, yet a part of him still believed that Echo hadn't just abandoned them. "Where the hell is she?"

It was Bellamy's sister who was the first to realize their mistake and come to terms with it. The long-haired female lowered her machete as she glanced at her older brother, muttering, "Bellamy, maybe we were wrong about this."

"I don't understand. . ."

The leader of the thirteenth clan stepped forwards and grabbed Bellamy's gun as he ordered, "Stand down." Kane was trying to control his anger, thinking about how everything they had been working towards had almost been ruined by this interruption.

The throne room fell silent as everyone watched the people of Skaikru look around anxiously. The delegates from the other clans were unsure of who to trust. For starters, they knew that Ice Nation had some sort of involvement but they did not want to make any rash accusations in front of the prince. To wrongly accuse Ice Nation was equivalent to signing their own death sentences. Along with that, not all of the delegates were comfortable with idea of having a thirteenth clan. Skaikru had killed many of their people, they were a threat that should be taken seriously and treated like one.

Suddenly, a female voice sounded from the curly haired brunette's radio. It seemed that the women had been running because she was struggling to breathe and talk at the same time.

"Bellamy. Bellamy, come in. The Grounders attacked Mount Weather."

The brunette reached down and disconnected the radio from his belt loop. He brought it to his lips as he quietly asked, "What are you talking about?"

As Raven answered through the radio, Hazel watched as the male's hand began to shake. The mechanic's words hit them hard, and no one knew how to react. They were all in shock, especially Bellamy.

"It's gone. It's gone. . . they're all gone. Sinclair and I are the only ones left. I'm so sorry. . . I'm so sorry."

The throne room echoed with the sound of Raven's sobs as no one dared to move. From the corner of her eye, Adela noticed their delegate smile in success. Instantly, she realized that he had known that this was going to happen. The Ice Nation delegate knew that Mount Weather was the target all along. The brunette looked to her fiancé to see if he was aware as well. From what she was able to tell, Roan was just as shocked as she was. He was also observant enough to see what she had.

Ice Nation was responsible for this, and they would undoubtedly be punished. Unfortunately, the easiest way to punish Azgeda was by punishing the prince. And the easiest way to punish the prince was to harm his lover.

"You should have never moved your people back into Mount Weather. The Ice Nation did what Lexa was too weak to do—"

The delegate was cut off by his future princess slapping him. Before she could further assault the bald male, Roan pulled her back into his arms. He knew how this looked for them and could only hope that Heda would realize that he and Adela had nothing to do with the attack. Lashing out on each other would only make them seem more dangerous than they already were and Roan didn't want that. He did not want them to die for his wretched mother's actions. How could he defend the queen after she made an attack on the thirteenth clan knowing that her own son and his fiancé would be the ones taking the punishment?
