The Work of Love (Hajeongwoo)

Jeongwoo is scanning the books as he has Haruto in front of him watching him being all serious. Their professor, Mr. Kwon reminded Jeongwoo that right after classes he needs to have a special discussion with Haruto in the library as part of his responsibility of making sure Haruto won't suck in the upcoming examination.

Haruto couldn't get his eyes away from Jeongwoo who's wearing his eyeglasses, he just loves the fact that he can have Jeongwoo alone everyday- "this is heaven." he whispered out loud that made Jeongwoo glanced at him with his brow raising

"Having a tutoring because you're dumb and had failing grades is not heaven." Jeongwoo said with a serious tone. Haruto laughed ignoring how frank his friend is.

"It's fine as long as you are the tutor." he said smiling. Jeongwoo rolled his eyes as he threw the book in front of Haruto, got his hands folded in his chest as he stared at him with a cold eyes.

"Stop fooling around with me, Haruto. You should be serious about these discussions because I have no time to teach a jerk like you."

"I thought we're fine."

Jeongwoo avoided Haruto's intense stare as he can feel his heart in panic.

"Stop with your drama, let's start this discussion."

Jeongwoo started reading and explaining things about Physical Science that it took him one hour talking nonstop just to find out Haruto is sleeping in his table. Jeongwoo couldn't help not to feel so irritated as he spanked the older's head.

"Ugh." Haruto said as he felt the ache. He held his head patting it.

"Jeongwoo, you're so rude!" he shouted.

"Serves you right."

Jeongwoo started gathering the books in the table as he hand Haruto a paper. "answer that at home, i'll check it tomorrow." it was all about Physical Science that made Haruto scratch his head.

"Let's go home now, it's getting dark." Jeongwoo said feeling nervous with the thought of darkness as he already had his hand at the door knob but he was taken aback that it was locked.

He glanced at Haruto behind him "is it locked?" Haruto asked calmly meanwhile Jeongwoo is now freaking out.

"It is!" Jeongwoo yelled at Haruto. He started shouting asking for help knowing it was useless. Jeongwoo took a look at his watch to find out it's already 6:00 in the evening already. The electricity got cut out that made Jeongwoo slapping the mirror of the door.

"Ugh! Open this please!!!" he started shouting again as he can feel his heart started aching with nervousness. Jeongwoo started crying as he remembered that night that brought him into a fear of locking himself with someone. The image of the guy appeared in his mind as he started crying out for help "no please...." he put his hands on his ears, closed eyes trying to hide from the image on his head.

Haruto started getting worried as he went towards Jeongwoo trying to calm him down.

"don't come near me... no. no. please, i'm done... i won't bother you."

"Jeongwoo... I'm Haruto, I won't harm you..." he said trying to hug the younger. Hands trembling, he tried reaching out for Jeongwoo's hand.

He started crying as he already have Jeongwoo in his arms who's still shaking.

"Jeongwoo, stop crying now. I'm just here, I won't leave you."

Jeongwoo closed his eyes trying to erase that guy's image away from his head. Haruto suddenly felt Jeongwoo's weight pressing onto him. The kid blacked out.

"Jeongwoo?" Haruto tapped Jeongwoo's face.

The guard who's roaming around saw a tall guy leaning onto the library's door crying while a hugging a young boy in his arms. He rushed to open the door asking the kid what happened as Haruto cried in front of him saying he needs help.

Junkyu

Heart beating so fast, looks like it will explode out of my chest as I am walking around the hospital thinking Jeongwoo's trauma will be triggered again. I can't stop worrying even though the doctor told me he will be fine.

"Junkyu, sit down. Calm your nerves, you're also freaking the hell out of us watching you in panic." Yoonbin said as he reached for my hand pulling me to sit by his side. I'm in the berge of crying as he gave me a hug patting my back.

"It will be fine. Jeongwoo overcome this way back, he will surely overcome this now." I closed my eyes as I pressed my lips with my hand, nodding my head to make Yoonbin at least feel at ease.

"What happened?!" Jihoon running towards us with Yedam, Junghwan, Jaehyuk and Doyoung at the back.

"Jeongwoo blacked out in the library awhile ago. Looks like he remembered that night again." Yoonbin said that made Jihoon gasped. He is now the one who's walking side by side- everyone looks worried. "We're so worried Woo. Please be fine." I whispered to myself, praying so hard that it won't cause Jeongwoo a sudden outrage of emotions because of that traumatizing night. I don't want to see him living a life in a four corner white room, again.

"Where's Haruto?" Yedam asked. I roamed my eyes realizing I never noticed Haruto leaving.

"I've never seen him leaving." I just said.

We heard the door clicked as the doctor came out from the room. I stood up right away asking him how's my brother.

"He is fine. We just need to make sure that he won't get stress over things. The trauma is still there so make sure you won't trigger and remind him of things similar with that situation. And make sure he is still taking the medication because it looks like he stopped taking those."

I nodded my head as the doctor tapped my back seeing how worried I am. I might get spanked again by Mom knowing I've been so wreckless not minding my brother's situation just becausw he looks like he is doing fine.

I bowed down my head as I started feeling weak. The other guys went over me as they tried to calm me.
