"Hero course, Class 1-A right?!" Present Mic's voice yelled, booming over the clash of fireworks that went off overhead.

"I hate this," Gina groaned, her shoulders scrunched as she walked alongside me.

"Will we be able to give our best performance being watched by so many people?" Iidya questioned, looking around the packed stands that surrounded our, now seemingly, ant-sized class. "This is part of our training to become a hero."

"Yeah, but Aizawa sensei doesn't have to be watched, he's an underground hero," I chimed, just now looking through the crowd wondering if I could catch a glimpse of my Grandmother or brother.

"Th-th-there are so many people..." Midoriay stuttered, earning a silent nod from Gina.

"Man, Present Mic is going overboard with the praise! I'm getting nervous,! Aren't you Bakugou?"Kirishima asked, his voice hard to hear over all the cheering.

"No, I'm just getting more into it,"

Coming to a stop, Gina edged closer to my side, her usual hyped aura being foreshadowed by the excessive amount of people around us.

"They haven't been getting so much air time, but this class is also full of talent! Hero class 1-B! Support class F, G, and H are here too!" Looking around my class I watched as the other students from school began to enter the area, all seeming to through a stern look in our general direction." Next up General studies classes C, D, and E! And business course class I, J, and K!"

As all the groups gathered around the podium, Midnight walked up to the stage, her presence seemingly bringing Gina out of her shell a little.

"Time for the players pledge!"

"I love how Sensi Midnight can just ware that in public! " I raised an eyebrow at the brunettes statement. Before I could retaliate though, a course of oohs and awws came from both the students and audience alike.

"Yes!" Ignoring Minta, I turned into what Kirishima was saying, a small blush on his and Denki's cheeks as Kiri tried not to look.

"What is Ms. Midnight wearing?" Denki gave a small look, seeming to not even attempt to look away but still being a respectful discount Pikachu.

"Something that's really awesome!" Gina answered Kirishima's rhetorical question, gawking over Midnight, not for her R-rated physic, but for the confidence of wearing such thing so proudly.

"Representing the students is Katsuki Bakugou from Class 1-A!"

"Oh I can't wait to see how this goes," I laughed slightly, earning an identical chuckled from Gina.

"It's obvious she hates us," Sero spoke, catching my attention, seeing their gaze on another class I saw a rather tall brunette, her arms crossed and her eyes in a glare.

"And it's all Bakugou's fault," Denki grumbled.

Rolling my eyes I waved the girl off, looking at the two boys. "Pfft, who the hell cares what they think about us? They need to learn sooner or later that they have to deal with people with Bakugou's attitude their entire life," Looking back up to the stand, I watched as Bakugou stood there for a moment as if waiting for everyone to quiet down to hear his speech.

"I pledge--"

"Y/n," Looking down to the girl next to me, I notice how she held in a laugh, "Watch this," Looking back to Bakugou, too see what she meant, I didn't see anything peculiar, so I brushed it off as nothing.

"That I'll be number one," My body froze in the moment of surprise, a sweatdrop falling down my forehead as everyone in school booed up to the raging blonde, while Gina laughed her ass off.

"Why are you doing something so disrespectful?" Iidya paced to the front of the line his arm chopping at the air in annoyance

Turning Bakugou raised his hand, making a thumbs down motion. "At least become a nice bouncy step for me to jump off of," While people continued to yell at the blonde, I kept quiet, my mind wondering what would be our first competition and if I could even make it into the second round.

OBSTACLE RACE

Watching the green lights tik down to the very last was more than nerve-wracking. My mind sank into doubt as the last green light was isolated.

"Begin!"

In one swift motion, I faced my palms behind me, blasting off with one large burst of firepower, my body being pushed upwards from the force of the flames. My idea seeming to not be as unique as I thought it would be as Bakugou flew past me.

Falling back down to earth I took the opportunity to save my quirk and run, that was before a sheet of ice had suddenly appeared below my feet and in a spurt of surprise, I blasted myself even higher in the air.

"Hah, Nice one Todoroki! Almost caught me off guard there!" I cheered, only to receive no sort of acknowledgment whatsoever. Before I could think deeper into the matter, a large metal hand came crashing down in front of me, the shining material missing me by mere centimeters.

Looking up to the owner of their arm, I was stunned to see the robots from the entrance exams, my knowledge of these contraptions limited, but it seemed easy enough to destroy with my quirk. Finally landing on the icy ground, I jumped over the robot's hand, it's motions delayed due to the cold nature of the ice I assumed.

Looking ahead, I watched as near twenty robots surrounded the runners, my jaw dropping at the sight. Todoroki was the first to make a move, swiping his hand creating a large curtain of ice that covered a vast majority of the large mechanic beasts before he began running.

"Holy crap," I gawked, looking over the large wall of robots. shaking my head I continued on my path, rushing to catch up to Todoroki, using my fire to boost myself forward, I was cut short as my fire had loosened the ice, making an audible crack sound. Stumbling onto my feet I looked up watching as a large robotic limb came crashing down directly above me.
