Okay, slight spoilers for the chapter ahead, but it is worth mentioning that when Gina's eyes turn purple, her point of view will be switching between reality and what she thinks she's seeing.

What is happening in real life: A male student is confront Gina.

What she thinks she is seeing: Flashes of her time with Overhaul, via the bird plague masks and the cam recorder. The scene she is remembering is from the previous chapter "The TV".

Hopefully, that will clarify what I am trying to portray since the way I am writing it can be hard to decipher. There will be a clearer description of what happens in the next chapter! <3

But, if any of you guys are still confused I will be happy to answer the questions you all have! ( ˘ ³˘)♥

Enjoy! (ง •̀_•́)ง~

-Gina's POV-

"Remember, take them in the mornings with your breakfast. If you keep feeling nauseous  after a few more days, come by my office," Recovery Girl spoke, watching as the brunette made her way towards the door, "And if anything else comes up be sure to let me know,"

Smiling at the older woman, Gina took hold of the door handle, "Alright, thank you again,"

"Sure thing dear. Now go finish your lunch,"

Stepping out of the nurse's office, Gina closed the door behind her. As it clicked shut, her blue eyes glanced towards the retreating figure of Y/n.

'Where is she going?'

Digging her phone out of her bag, Gina gave the end of the hall one last glance as she took a picture of the floor beneath her. Her attention went back to her phone as she typed out a message to send to her friend.

'I saw you in the hallway nerd, where are you off to?'

Clicking off her phone, Gina placed the device inside her jacket pocket. Making her way past the stairs to the lunchroom, and down the hall where she knew the closest vending machine was.

Pulling her bag in front of her, she lazily dug through its messy interior in hopes of pulling out a lumpsum of money. Her eyes glanced up to the vending machine, scanning the small variety of drinks it had offered.

Catching sight of the milk tea, she opened her hand, counting out the yen she needed to purchase the drink. Reaching forward to dispense the change into the machine, her eyes glanced back towards the hall when a new pair of footsteps made themselves known.

Seeing a boy look down the hall in search of someone, she turned her attention back to her prized milk tea. Promptly pressing in its number ID, watching as the drink carrier shot up on the other side of the plastic barrier. The drink falling into the small opening before being carried to the pick-up hatch at the bottom.

Lifting up the cover, Gina reached in to grab the bottled drink, straightening out her posture as she grab hold of it.

Feeling her phone vibrate in her jacket pocket, Gina carefully placed her drink into her bag. Zipping it as she made her way back to the lunch room.

As she walked, she went to reach for her phone. Stopping when a sudden mass leaned itself in front of her, the boy's arm supporting his weight as he leaned it against the wall.

Taken back by the sudden action, Gina looked up at the raven-haired boy skeptically. Unsure as to why he was staring down at her with a coy grin. Stepping back in order to give herself a little more space, her hands reached up to the strap of her bag nervously.
